The fuse you pointed out in the engine fuse block is labeled power mirrors on my 2008 2500hd .... no wonder I wasnt looking at that fuse for the cig / obd port Thanks for the tip!!! Saved me alot of time/headaches

I talked my father in law he talk about fuses I didn’t know what’s fuses. I read a handbook instruments but I didn’t understand it. I found your video I really enjoyed it. Ask questions do you know usb outlet socket need Amp must match the passenger door. Also, cigarette outlet socket AMP?
They are wired to always be on, which is annoying. Best I could say is to rewire it to the accessory on. Im going to try to find another open fuse slot that has accessory on power and rewire to it.

coryjenmcd something is grounding out. Wires might be your issue.

The cigarette lighter socket; look on Amazon, they aren't that much and come with a nifty removal tool.
I replaced the fuses and lighter , still not working...
