Congratulations, Brendan and Jamie, and, many thanks for sharing those wonderful pictures.
Horror of Fang Rock, an object lesson as to how excellence can be borne from minimalism, set some very high standards, and, may actually be my favourite Tom Baker story. Ironically, given the weather conditions on the rock, this offering was a perfect storm; wonderfully contrasting Doctor and companion; several flawed support characters, by no means wholly undeserving of the fate which befell them; optimal tension by dint of an all-new, compelling alien showcased to extreme, grisly effect.
Due to him being a solidly decent kind of person, Reuben being copied, transformed into a grinning, sadistic killer (especially of Vince), remains among the most disquieting scenes of any story; on a not-unrelated note, Baker's recital of that most fitting verse from Wilfrid Gibson's 'Ballad of Flannan Isle', is also a candidate for the most atmospheric ending ever.
A triumphant return, Brendan, Michael , Hugh and Rachael, and, incidentally, I was very taken with those facial superimpositions, feeling that none of them seemed at all out of place!

I'm loving this stream, catching up late. I laughed out loud when Brendan said of the Doctor's line at the Part 3 cliffhanger, about locking the monster in with them, "That'd last you a week."
That there is what's been missing from Doctor Who for so very long, that thrilling, gripping, chilling element, that would have you replaying the episode in your head up to the following Saturday, walking to school, trying to do maths but instead thinking about keeping the boiler pressure up, turning the bedside light out and trying to go to sleep but then hearing a creak on the stairs where there's not normally a creak...
