- In this F1 24 Game Challenge, I try and set a lap that is very close to the F1 24 World Record. In this F1 24 video I try and get close to F1 Esports such as Jarno Opmeer, Marcel Keifer and Lucas Blakeley.
I also try and set a laptime faster than F1 game content creators such as Aarava, Tiametmarduk, Tom97, Webby81, and many more.

All of the challenges he encountered were challenges I experienced before I quit, this is an amazing motivation not just in the game but in life to keep pushing and trying. I knew it would even be more difficult to come back after day 2 cause he had to build the momentum again and accomplished that. So amazing!!

Winning a fighting game on the controller is possible but for racing games it's really impossible, the gap between a wheel and a controller is infinite (I didn't knew it was that much difference)

Turning off all assists can help find the best route. In fact, the brake line and driving line can also be turned off, but there is a disadvantage of using a controller, that is, it is not so smooth, or it is difficult to control smoothly. I tried to do this on PS5, but found that F1 23 actually has no trigger feedback. GT7 has trigger feedback, which can provide some power, so it is easier to control the amount of control of the throttle and brake. Although it still loses control sometimes, it does run the fastest. However, because the F1 series of games only have vibrations and no similar trigger feedback, it feels very loose when pressing the throttle and brake, so it is easier to lose control. Due to the characteristics of F1, you almost have to press the throttle all the way, which makes every corner an adventure. You can play the career mode relatively happily with a controller, but it is still a bit difficult to brush the fastest lap time. Because the only way to avoid excessive traction output is to slow down the throttle process when exiting the corner. But this will waste time. Any excessive traction will make the car out of control. And F1 is almost the easiest car to lose control. If you are familiar with every bend, I still recommend turning off the bend assist, which is only used to help you get familiar with the track. If you can almost memorize every bend, then those lines can be turned off. However, when I was playing GT7, I found that sometimes the weather changes would make it difficult for me to see the track clearly, so I turned on the track assist to help me see the route clearly.
Only assist I use is driving line corners only.. They need to add a braking zone racing line like they have in GT7 so wouldn’t have to use it on all corners….also helps if you change the linearity settings on controller etc

My best time in 23 on a wheel was 1 : 05.1 and I had to grind for that. I can't imagine 1 : 03 and on a controller no less! Awesome edit man!

well, i was on top 1000 (laptimes wise) in fm7 on an xbox elite pad then i decides to switch to wheel and acc. now im top 4/5% and aiming for top 1%

Imagine u hadn’t made the mistakes in your last laps (snap of oversteer/under steer idk in turn 4 and been able to have a smoother exit into turn 3 (should be turn 2)) it would’ve been even more astronomical

how much work did you put into the setup? I tried getting a good lap time on suzuka using a controller and I'm 15 secs off the best time 😭
you should try to learn how to trailbrake, you stop the car quicker even with abs so u can brake a bit later
What assists or settings do you use on controller? I can't find a good mix. I only use it when I can't get on my rig. But still

How on earth do you manage to drive without traction control on a controller? I've been playing almost solely on controller for years, and I've pretty much reached the upper limit on how fast I can drive with it on, but I simply can not seem to drive without the TC without either spinning or losing too much time. Are there any settings that help? The R2 button just doesn't seem sensitive or long enough for me to turn off the TC.
This is only on F1 games, too... I can drive without traction control on controller just fine on other games like Gran Turismo 7. And I can drive on a wheel without TC on F1 24, I understand how to use it, it's just that R2 button...
Mate I’ve driven thousands of laps have a look at my older videos, it’s an extremely slow process to learn

How fast are you? I’m only top 70% but I really enjoy driving more without the TC, I played around with the linearity and saturation a bit which helped smooth out the inputs a bit
