    I started working out about half an year ago. No gonna lie, I was really really unfit then. I am absolutely not saying I am fit now, but my overall fitness has greatly improve since then and you my man, you're a major reason behind that.
    I am saying all of these because you're the one first one to show me the archer push-ups and for an absolutely fat guy like me, that push up was fascinating ! After 6 months of work I can finally do at least 10 reps of those on each side. I know this is not something insane feat but for me it's a lot. I just want to thank you for your motivations. Keep up the good work man !!!

    Hindu and Divebomber are slightly different variations. Hindu you go down and bend, then reset into a standard plank before doing again. Divebomber you do the bend and then push back up from that bend, no plank to reset (which makes it harder).

    I don’t know why but it feels like this man threatened me to get in shape the first time I saw him about 1 year ago.
    I lost about 10kg in that time using this man’s teachings.
    I can do more than 30 clean pushups same with burpees and situps

    Hey Baldur I was wondering what to do to effectively do more pushups. I can currently do around 30-35 clean reps but my goal is 65. Any methods I can do?

      Go beyond failure. Once you max out do more with knee pushups to failure again

    I still can’t do a normal push-ups and right now I’m doing 100 Wall pushups a day.
    Is this a good start ?

      Wall push ups are great for fat people or skinny people who don't have strength to do a regular push up on the floor,but doing 100 wall push ups means that they are not difficult anymore,you better start doing high incline push ups,then low incline push ups,then knee push ups,and finally do regular push ups

      @@wilmerdimitribardalesromero well I’m still getting used to the 100, I just started doing that and because I haven’t exercised in a while my shoulders hurt like hell.
      But I’m still trying to get used to doing 100
