Just one - the Bright Brilliance has one more ingredient when compared to Radiant White - Benzyl Alcohol. This is basically used to enhance the flavour of the toothpaste, while preserving teeth from decay and providing temporary pain relief (hence is suitable for sensitive teeth). Hope this helps.
