I'd also go for the Ferrari 488,the gt3 is good especially raw sound but too track focused, the Huracan is nice in handling but its a bit overhyped because its a Lambo and the McLaren has great steering but im not totally sold on the interior and the back end

It's similar enough to the 570S in terms of ride comfort for that factor to be negligible between the two. It looks way better, sounds better, has more power (iirc), and it has a prancing horse on the front. Whats not to love? :D

Secondly, the 488 is way faster, more fuel efficient, more comfortable, better looking, better handling, and doesn't actually sound bad if you ask me. The only reason someone would buy the 458 over the 488 is engine sound and price since the 458 depreciated a bit. Otherwise, anyone would pick the 488. I do understand the whole "passion" argument, but for me, 488.
I saw one yesterday, the presence on the road is amazing. I live near a dealer (lucky man, I know) and every time I cross a 570 my jaw fall thinking it's a P1. But I would take the Porsche for the reliability in the every day use.
It's all about preference, all 4 are very nice, all 4 are expensive dream cars for most people, they all have the good and bad points. I think to choose properly you would have to do what Tim has done and drive them one after the other! You might like or prefer things differently to him, it would be interesting to let 100 people do this test that Tim did and then find out the results and not use any British,German or Italian people because they are most likely going to choose there countries car especially the Italians as they are super biased, Germans and the British are less biased but to get a proper unbiased test from 100 people would be very interesting!
Love the back to back etc. No time to forget characteristics. Maybe the turbo S would of been a better choice for the Porsche.. The other 3 are the manufacturers everyday supercars. The turbo S fits that mold perfectly. Price also matters great vid alot of differences

1st would have to be the Ferrari 488, then the Lamborghini Huracan, thirdly the McLaren 570s and finally the Porsche 911 GT3 - at least in terms of what I would love to drive but without ever getting the chance to experience any in reality.
@@Shmee150 I did and certainly agree with your top pick. However I haven't driven any myself to know whether or not my experience behind the wheel would be the same as yours. I placed the Lambo above as that would be my 2nd choice IF I was in a position to consider buying - the style, the noise, the heritage etc and I loved 4-wheel drive cars - I owned Audi Quattro's, Celica GT4's etc. Ferrari's are my dream cars so that would 'win' just on badge - even if other cars maybe superior in some areas. I like the McLaren too and its probably better than the Lambo overall but then the Lambo has that 'raging bull' heritage, that noise and styling I love more. I know Porsche have German engineering and always seem to deliver something extra beyond what its specs should deliver. I have never been much of a fan of the 911 styling though but the Carrera GT is stunning. My order was more the order that, if I had the money and/or opportunity to own/drive, that would be the order of excitement and desire I would have. If I had the money to own one, I would pick the Ferrari regardless - just because I love the styling, the colour, the badge etc. Whether its the best for that money or not would be immaterial - its a Ferrari!
There’s a lot of unsold 488 at my LD. Their website doesn’t show all the available cars. I was very surprised to see the inventory when I paid them a visit.

However, if it were me I would clearly choose the 570s as it is simply the best drivers car and also one of the best looking cars in the group especially I love the doors which Mclaren are currently using. Also, I must note that the 488 GTB was quiet muted with it's exhaust compared to the others which was quiet surprising. Seemed pretty clear that the Mclaren was a lot quieter than the Ferrari from the video. And I don't think it can definitively be labeled the best driving car: the Porsche seems to be blatantly better in the context of driving, and the Ferrari as well IMO. I have to say I'm surprised that you have an Enzo as your profile pic but you're choosing the 570s over the 488, most fans that I've seen in comment sections are either pro Ferrari or pro Mclaren. With that being said everyone is certainly entitled to their own opinion: Speaking for myself, I don't see how you thought the Ferrari was quieter than the Mclaren (certainly the Porsche and Lambo, but the the Mclaren?), and it seemed very clear that the Porsche was more driver oriented than the Mac as well.

The one to drive if I only would have only one hour, the Lambo. The one to drive only for a long trip, the Ferrari. The one only for a track day, the Mac. The one to own and to enjoy everyday, the GT3
Lamborghini hands down now when I say that I would go for the LP580-2 with it’s fixed spring suspension (with a tune just as much hp) I love the sound the pure bullheaded fun (pun intended) that a Lamborghini brings.
Shmee, if you could test a comparison between the McLaren 720 spider vs the Huracan Evo spyder, which one would you choose for daily use supercar, and why????
1. 488: Class, looks, performance, emotions & holds value tremendously well. 2. 570s: The best looking, amazing performance.. Depreciates more than the other cars here. 3.Huracan: Well-rounded. Good performance, great sound & holds value decently well. For me the appearance is not as elegant and a bit too boxy compared to a 488 or 570s which look much better in my opinion. Interior on the Huracan is great and luxurious though. 4.GT3: Porsche lacks the exotic look. While it does have an unmistakable look to it, they pass me by on a daily basis and I never turn my head along with most others. With that being said it's good value which holds well & performance is more than adequate.
For me, it will be Mclaren 570S Spider > Porsche 911 GT3 > Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 Spyder > Ferrari 488 Spider. Ferrari will definitely took the win if it was the 458 Speciale. Porsche will took the win if it was the 991.2 GT3 RS with Weissach package but without rollcage. At last, Lamborghini is just not my taste, I love the sound but it just not as practical as other car. The luggage capacity of a Lamborghini is nightmare for me. For Mclaren, it is just too perfect. Each driving mode change the attitude of the car a lot. You can use it in almost every possible way.

For me it would be the Porsche GT3 or the McLaren as a everyday driver, turbochargers doesn’t belong in a Ferrari and the sound doesn’t satisfy me enough and a Lamborghini would be fun and all but it’s a car that everyone has now.

Great line up Tim, all very pertinent within their class.
For me it would be the Porsche GT3 or the McLaren as a everyday driver, turbochargers doesn’t belong in a Ferrari and the sound doesn’t satisfy me enough and a Lamborghini would be fun and all but it’s a car that everyone has now.

Seems that the GT3 was only one with hard top and seemed more noisy in it even with windows closed Shmee
