Love this recipe for how simple yet infinitely rewarding it is. Definitely recommended. This can be made for potlocks, get togethers or any party given how fancy that decoration looks.
I tried this recipe , I suggest you should pour the custard over the crust after it has cooled down to room temperature and then refrigerate the whole thing. I tried doing it the way Shivesh did (first refrigerating the custard for 30-40 min and then pouring it over the crust) and it didn't set properly over it infact it lost it's texture and became kinda lose and runny although it had set perfectly into the bowl in which I had refrigerated it.
Its quit tricky to explain,actually custard is almost like long chains of rubber bands for example.If u set it once and churn it the elastic threads will break and will never set again,unless you heat the entire mixture again and keep it to set. I couldn’t get a good mango rose as the fruits were a bit too ripe but still got a decent topping with a small central rose and small slices around it. The taste was so good. It is a simple but rich dessert, easy to make. Parle G crust takes the cake. Thanks again. Have already shared your video with interested friends.

Mine were small tart shells, I didn’t had the tart mould so I tried making them in cupcake mould, which was the most difficult task, coz it was very difficult to take them out! But hard work paid and voila I made this amazing dessert!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
