The Hoffman Process: My Honest Review

I completed The Hoffman Process earlier this month and wanted to create an honest, from the heart video to talk a little about what I learned. The Process is a 7-day fully immersive experience that really helped me understand where a lot of my inner struggles were coming from, and how to move into a new way of being. I feel super grateful to the coaches and my classmates for what we got to experience together, and here is to a great year of living with love and authenticity!
