I opened a trapped chest, and teleported to the Fallingstar area, but didnt know I could get out of there. It was my first boss, with a +1 weapon, and I spent 4+ hours trying to beat this thing... I finally did it, and then found out there was a way out of there the whole time 😩 I was miserable, but man did it feel good when I did it! 😄
Typical souls experience I guess.

This game is so cool. I am kind of pacing a bit down as I don't want my first blind playthrough to end
Me too. Gave up on the boss tho. I got out of there trough Selia basically sneaking along like a scared cat after getting my ass handed to me by those shrimp dudes over and over
You managed to beat that thing with a +1 weapon? Dang, I had to return when I was way way stronger to beat it... Though found my second playthrough that magic is super effective against it.
@@mossa216 Had to go for a thousand heavy jumpattacks to the head, the only way i managed to crawl my way through it 😅
How is trying 4+ hours straight not overbearingly boring?
I get exhausted after trying a boss 10 times or so and just get bored with it.
The people in the intro are not the demigods, but the tarnished. They are at the roundtable, Gideon is one of them, just like Tia, the hugging lady. Even more, the player character is presented last in that same list. I think the confusion a lot of people have been getting is because usually in souls games the bosses are listed in the intro.

i struggled so hard on that boss. had to come back later.
Rot is just the biggest cheese some bosses are immune but most of them aren't bleed as well you can kill most bosses in a couple minutes with rot i recommend the rotten dragon breath spell that you can get at the dragon communion temple with one dragon heart
Fallingstar beast is rad. Love its design
Adding those buffs didn't add any extra damage, because one time you went in without buff and then the next run fully buffed done the same 336 number
i lost a 30 hour play through due to crashes which corrupted my safe file so i decided to refund and buy for ps4 the quality downgrade is quite a bit but it’s seriously unplayable when you are 20+ hours in and your save file corrupts twice

the falls in the tower are scripted, just like the one in stormveil castle when going down to the crucible knight. i dont understand people who say that the fall damage is inconsistent and use this as an example

is really Not the best game ever created man, but it is truly a very Monumental and Epic majestic piece of Art in gaming form
a good mix of about most of everything that a good Dark fantasy title should
lets just never forget that without the influences from that past that helped to forge games such this
without it this prob will never have the same soul to it
of course i mean the likes such Middle Earth/Tolkien, Berserk, Castlevania, Vampire hunter D, Ninja croll, Ninja Gaiden, Zelda, Witcher, Shadow of the colossus

It's almost as if the Twitch streamer is being a Twitch streamer and engaging with their core audience
@@SnakeThisLife Thier "core audience" is there to watch him play the game, not explain the same shit over and over to people who don't even play the game.
I don't like this game anymore, the AI is lacking hard and only thing they really did was speed up the AI movement and increase the health of enemies that give little to no souls/runes. I feel they were too occupied with the world and story that the gameplay isn't any better than ds3, worse if you ask me.
