Valentine's day cake 🍰 | Chocolate Spaghetti Squash Cake 🍰

Ingredients:
SPAGHETTI SQUASH CAKE
4 cups baked spaghetti squash (approx. 2.5 lbs of squash to bake )
2 & 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 & 1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup chocolate chips or mini peanut butter cups (optional)
1/2 cup milk
4 eggs
12 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp instant coffee
granules (optional)
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp salt
CHOCOLATE GLAZE
1 cup of heavy cream
4 tbsp butter
6 oz chocolate
