love all of thess strategies and I. like that you focussed on not taking the breakout / breakdown, but on watching to see if the stock holds support or resistance - much safer than the actual break.

You said you look at SPY do you mean S&P 500? Do you mean ES (futures)SPX(forex) or do you actually mean SPY?
They are all virtually the same price action. Only big difference is the SPX doesnt have extended hours. Futures has more liquidity to day trade, etc but they are all essentially the same strategies with each as SPY follows S&P Futures (ES, etc)
I have a better way to do this guys strategy. Wait for an area of support to break and regain structure
