I doubt it Most homes here are empty shell just bathrooms finished and no kitchen no water heaters no ac ,no curtains no build on walls I know this cause my wife and I have a home in siracha So I’m talking facts
From my understanding you can buy but you will only own 49% of the property. You will have to go into partnership with a Thai national be it a Thai wife or another individual who will own 51%. In all honesty, it’s not worth it as you might own 49% of the property but not the land it’s built on. I can see why Thailand does it this way. They look after their nationals first.
No bathtub in any of the bathrooms? While people may shower most of the time, a tub is a very common feature to want for western buyers, and most luxury condos and villas in Thailand have them. I guess these villas are more in the "economy" line? Imagine you just finished a long day of golf, or game of tennis, or any fitness activity, pretty common to want to soak your bones in a tub after.
@@reecebennett2083 Quality builders provide both, because even if you normally take showers, a tub is a nice luxury for those days where your muscles are sore from a long run or long game of tennis, etc. Nearly all of the true luxury condos in BKK have both, and most luxury villas in Thailand offer both. Looks like some builders in HuaHin are trying to cut costs or space and don't want to provide both. Shame. I suppose these would be categorized is economy villas instead of luxury villas.
I'd definitely separate the kitchen from the living area ,you don't want fish sauce stinking out your living room.And as usual no mention of fees ,service charge, and a view from a drone of surrounding areas is a must

If be fine with that. I never take them anyway. I prefer to shower rather than soak.
