Congratulations, excellent choice. I myself purchased the white dial laureato last November. It is such a beautiful, elegant, and yet sporty watch which is well built. The bracelet quality is amazing. Ironically I tried the blue dial laureato 2 years before I purchased my own and didn’t think it looked good. I think GP is seriously underrated as a brand and the value of the laureato is incredible for its price point.
I bought Laureato Chrono Panda last weekend. I was convinced due its single perfect. Perfect in everything. Has a movement that has nothing to envy to Royal Oak or Nautilus. I really like GP and I am sure that is value will be grow up in a couple of months
Always excited to see what new watches you've got to show us. The GP is becoming more popular according to the dealers I work with, but it's not something I'm considering for myself. Congratulations on your new purchase!
I have the GP Laureato 42mm Chrono blue dial and has more than doubled since I purchased it 9 months ago. Great watch and great value but becoming better known and prices are rising very quickly!!
I didn't realize you already uploaded a video buying this piece! It's super nice. Glad the Laureato is getting the recognition it deserves. Enjoy the watch in good health my man!!
Hi TheDubaiExpat, Congrats on your purchase, the Laureato has become a rare bird now with many AD’s stop taking names for the wait list. I was wondering how much the GP Laureato Tourbillion was going for as I have not seen one before .
The Laureato is a real gem, but I don't know how i feel about the uprising Hype around it. For me that's kind of a turnoff. Anyway I can't share your opinion regarding the Chopard Alpine Eagle. Yes, I am a bit biased because I got one over a GP Laureato ;) In the end it's all about personal taste regarding this kind of watch style. But imo the Chopard doesn't look old-fashioned at all. Actually I think (again: personal opinion) that the Laureato looks way more old fashioned than the Alpine Eagle as "re-issue of the legendary St. Moritz". I always connected Chopard to jewellery as well, but as i dived into Chopards history (when the buying process of the AE was ongoing) i learned a lot about the great watchmaking competence and high vertical integration of Chopard. Also Chopard originally was founded as a watch manufacture :) Anyhow, as i said, in the end it comes down to personal preference and the GP Laureato is a fine watch! Congrats and wear it in good health! Looks great on you!
Hello and thanks for sharing your purchasing experience. Which store in Mall of Emirates did you buy the GP. I would like to visit them to see how it fits my wrist. Thanks in advance.
I was in Mexico City a couple months ago and there was someone sitting next to me at dinner wearing the skeleton version. It looked incredible in person 👌
The GP is so good, however, I have a good friend who is a gray market dealer and he told me if there is a correction in the watch market, the value of GP will be crushed by about 60-70%. Nice watch however.
When I bought my blue Chrono there were on average 24 of them on Chrono24 for about 12-14k CAD, today there are two of my reference available on Chrono24 and the cheapest is about $28K CAD, as such I think you friend is somewhat misguided.
Well you will never regret buying a Girard Perregaux, these watches surpass most of the high end Swiss brands. Every part is made in house. Their bracelets are to die fore !
The GP is a stunning timepiece. I love the finish and bracelet. But I was really intrigued by what the sales assistant was wearing on his wrist. Would anyone have an idea ? Quiet unqie with the bracelet and the clasp lock and roman numerals on the black dial.
Excellent video! It’s great to be member of a local watch club and being able to hang out with mates to talk watches. Here in Qatar we do have a watch club but I believe it’s only for Arabic-speakers. Next time you are in Qatar let me know and I can give you a tour around the Watch circuit here!
Congratulations! GP has been a very under rated brand for a long time. It is possible to get brand new in my local grey market 40% off. Hence, hardly anybody buy from AD.
Congrats on a classic!~! I was surprised it fits you so well. I have always loved that brand....there is something to be said for the old houses that stick around. lets hope the new management brings them back to their rightful status!. Enjoy this one Niko!
I hate to keep it real but GP Laureato has a stamped dial not a rose engine cut dial and therefore it’s not much ahead of a Maurice Lacroix Ikon or a Longines Master collection . The movement is on point but it’s retail price is not justified. Go and look at any Breguet big date and you are getting value for money
I believe that I'm not the only one...but your face and skin tone do not match with your voice lol Nice purchase and post more videos of Zenith watches.
The bracelt does not seem very elegant 😕 I think this model is cashing out on the popularity and unavailability of the AP RO same goes for Zenith Defy latest iteration
I have a PP 5711 and the blue dialled Chrono from GP and I can tell you the bracelet is far better on the GP than on the Patek, not as good as AP though!!
Don’t like this purchase at all, a year ago you could’ve gotten a VC Overseas at retail and now you’re stuck with a GP, Panerai and Zenith which will see little wear next to your Rolex(es).
Hey man! Can I pick your brains and know why do you think of GP's that way? Still considering on getting one and would like the thoughts of people opposite "the fence." 🙂
I think you were right. Quick search on chrono24 and you can see these watches are really taking off… not many available and prices starting to shoot up.

Great video. Thanks. I have a 38 mm Ceramic Laureato with a bracelet and a rubber strap. I just love it
Good watch! I got the 42Mm full ceramic Laureato in Jan, amazing timepiece indeed
Always excited to see what new watches you've got to show us. The GP is becoming more popular according to the dealers I work with, but it's not something I'm considering for myself. Congratulations on your new purchase!
The blue dial is a nice choice for the G-P. Congratulations on the new addition to your family.
I have the GP and that same Pepsi !…GP is my daily driver..love it!
Stunning piece, definitely the best of the ones you were thinking about buying!
Herzlichen Glückwunsch und viel Freude damit!
Great to see a GP in your watch collection now.
Congratulations a very nice watch!!! The price for this particular watch will be going up ! Smart purchase
Stunning piece and great choice. There is now a waiting-list for the Laureato in Europe; they are currently selling at full-retail.
I have the GP Laureato 42mm Chrono blue dial and has more than doubled since I purchased it 9 months ago. Great watch and great value but becoming better known and prices are rising very quickly!!
Great choice. Looks good. The dial and the bracelet are really well done on this model.
I didn't realize you already uploaded a video buying this piece! It's super nice. Glad the Laureato is getting the recognition it deserves. Enjoy the watch in good health my man!!
Congratulation my friend 🙏🙏🙏
Congratulations on your new watch ,,, that meteorite dial is literally out of this world.
I’m buying the Laureato Chrono on 7/15 in Los Angeles. GP so nice 👍
yep, incredible pieces. The logo on the movement is too good
Bro wait I have unworn.. blue and panda chrono 2022..
Lovely Watch and Great Vlog - Enjoy it in great health buddy.
I really like what moser is doing. Congrats on the new watch
Great to see you acquired the GP. I own the Laureato Perpetual Calendar and love it. Genta-powered 👌💪
nothing to do with genta design....and im glad because Genta designs are very ugly
Hi TheDubaiExpat, Congrats on your purchase, the Laureato has become a rare bird now with many AD’s stop taking names for the wait list. I was wondering how much the GP Laureato Tourbillion was going for as I have not seen one before .
I sub and like this video as I recently bought a blue 42mm laureato too. Value for money and high horology
i recommend the GP Skeleton gold / steel / ceremic
i got a brand new white dial 225th Anniversary laureato, love watch!

I think you should look into the Czapek Antarctique.
did a few times already, but also very difficult to get and $$$
I'll take a snoopy over a daytona all day.
Interesting is how hard it is to find these pieces used. Especially the 38 mm version
Tudor two tone such a majestic watch
I love this watch. Looks amazing if you ask me, Congratulations!
Just watched this video, really great! I’m looking at the Laureato or Alpine Eagle and this really helped, I think I’ll go for the GP.
Really enjoyed this video, especially the build up. Been eyeing the GP for a long time so should probably get it before the market goes crazy.
Great watch and brand.
Hello and thanks for sharing your purchasing experience. Which store in Mall of Emirates did you buy the GP. I would like to visit them to see how it fits my wrist. Thanks in advance.
Cnogratulations, Niko!! Enjoy this wonderful watch!!
Beautiful and stunning! The AD did not offer you any discount at all? I am looking to purchase the black dial laureato 42
I've been looking at this model for a while. It really looks good. Congrats..
My Fav is the Tudor S&G 😍😍😍
Fantastic content expat keep the videos coming!!!! Definitely planning a trip to Dubai
Awesome timepiece! Congratulations! Wear it in good health.
Absolutely beautiful watch.
Cool video..

Enjoyed that one mate! 👌
Great :)!
Congratulations on your addition. I own the skeleton version of this watch and absolutely love it. Enjoy yours in great health

Not sure where he got that idea from - but I very much doubt that.
Price is already going up … I won’t be surprised when this watch in particular hits 60k

@@andrewgiblin3468 the GP Laureato base in blue dial is trading now in the north of 45 k
@@koolpep then you don't know much about gp.
Well you will never regret buying a Girard Perregaux, these watches surpass most of the high end Swiss brands. Every part is made in house. Their bracelets are to die fore !
This is even better than the 5711 or 15202 or DJ👍
I aspire to one day own one of these.
The GP is a stunning timepiece. I love the finish and bracelet. But I was really intrigued by what the sales assistant was wearing on his wrist. Would anyone have an idea ? Quiet unqie with the bracelet and the clasp lock and roman numerals on the black dial.
Looks like a Baume et Mercier Riviera at an angle

will do :)! Drop me a message on Instagram
Man you must be loaded with cash. Love the Channel. Amazing watch
Congrats! How is the 42mm on your wrist? Not too big?
sits good :), review to follow
How long was your wait for the watch?
I own that Tudor two tone, its AMAZING!!
Congratulations! GP has been a very under rated brand for a long time. It is possible to get brand new in my local grey market 40% off. Hence, hardly anybody buy from AD.
Not anymore
There is no chance of that now!!

Congratulations and continued blessings
By any chance do you remember what the name of the art gallery was called
I got to unwrap my Tudor and it was a really amazing experience indeed
Excellent choice my friend congratulations and enjoy 🎉🎉🍾🍾
Love your Pepsi more, but this is nice as well)
Hey there,
do you know if the Tourbillion Laureato is still for sale ?
It's my grail watch
Hey mate, no one of our local collectors bought it. But I can for sure ask for it, if you are looking for one.
@@TheDubaiExpat yes sure. If still available I would definitely give the store a visit.
Would help a Lot :)
I would definitely have chosen the Zenith.
Laureato is sold out in Europe!
What about the 1966 ?!
Congratulations to your purchase. I find GP design not to my liking.
Happy to see my Pepsi on your wrist. GP great watch and beautiful video as always love and respect from India.💐
Is it an in-house movement or modified?
in-house
I’ll take an H. Moser & Cie. Definitely a brand on the rise.
Do you still have this watch? Haven’t see you wear it for quite some time
yes, still with me. Will show it soon in a comparison video to the ingenieur.

Is this watch a good buy? Can we have a review?
for sure
私もロレアート42ミリブラックを購入しました!届くまでが待ち遠しいです。😊
Get the thin Bvlgari in gold. The Santos and Zenith are sweet.
Awesome watch
Hatte schon Vorjahren ein Auge darauf geworfen und fast gekauft.

I would love to see it next to the Tissot prx . Enjoy it . The Pepsi and the Daytona blew it out of the water in comparison .
I believe that I'm not the only one...but your face and skin tone do not match with your voice lol
Nice purchase and post more videos of Zenith watches.
Get omega worldtimer my guy .
Bulgari octo is my favorite in the lot
Let's be honest here, the current hype was a motivator.
Not the hype yet, but it might become hard to get one in the future. So I better bought one now
Hm this is a cross between an ap, pattek and sonething else. Don’t feel that one…
Wenn Deutsche englisch sprechen Klasse 👍
