I would recommend reading mentally to yourself before you speak, so your thoughts come out more concise
I say this because you break up your sentences way too much and it not only makes you sound awkward and out of place, but also makes you somewhat harder to listen to... your quality will improve immensely if you can narrate in a smoother, more confident tone
