*REUPLOADED* - I have no idea what happened there. RUclips seemed to screw up the processing. I just reuploaded the same video and it seems to be working. Thanks to @jacksdiner4181, @dowen01, and my editor Stephan for pointing out the issue so I can quickly fix it. Makes me glad I have Google Fiber...
I was just posting about the glitches but decided to read the comments. Looks like others have it covered. It is weird that is it happening. I am wondering if you tried saving it with a different codec before uploading, if that would help?
Yeah I'm not sure what happened. I've exported hundreds of RUclips videos with the exact same settings but this one had problems. I think it ended up being a glitch on RUclipss side
Great job! I would like to know more about the RTK. Do you need line of sight for every part of your lawn? Does the mower need satellite line of sight as well?
No line of sight is required. The RTK and Luba communicate over LoRa WAN, which has up to 1/4 mile range (I tested with YoLink products). However, the way that RTK works is that the station and the mover (the mower) have to see a certain number of the same satlilites (I think somwhere around 23). So at certain times of the day, when the mower is right against the house, it stops and waits for both to see the same sats. The biggest thing is to get the RTK station as far away from your house so it can see the most sky. I think the solar panel will help with this when it comes out. Thanks!
This unit was shipped to me from Mammotion. You can pick it up via the links in the video description. From either Mammotion or Amazon. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the information. I'd like to know more about the placement of the RTK Reference Station. Does it need to be placed in sight of the entire yard? How is it powered? Does it need Ethernet or WiFi, etc.
The RTK station should be placed as far from your house as possible. It comes with a 25ft power cord that connects to mains power. They have a solar panel and wall mount kit coming out soon. The RTK connects over wifi. It communicated with the robot over LoRa WAN, which has a range of up to a 1/4 mile. Let me know if there is anything else you want to know!
⚠ CAUTION ⚠ Purchased new LUBA 2 AWD 10000 for $4178 Worked for 6 weeks, then stopped Support ticket created on May 20th Issues remain unresolved by Mammotion (45 days so far) Mower not able to complete a task properly. Mammotion not responded to warranty request for replacement Buyers beware, I’m certainly not the only one with this experience
Have you used the support chat in the app? You might also check some of the Facebook groups or Reddit. I have heard folks getting responses from there. I have heard issues with the email system.
@@ThisSmartHouse I've done the chat in the app, the hotline, the FB groups, and the email support. In the end, any real issues level up to their real technical support team. This team takes many days to respond to anything, and the most typical reply is wait and we'll see what we can do in a future firmware. I've been doing this repeatedly for a month and a half. The either won't fix it or can't... I'm not sure which. Repeated calls for warranty replacement or refund are ignored. I'm left to cause commotion on the socials and at least warn others.
Not sure how I feel about these robot mowers with those cheap little razor blades and having to every few weeks, replace those razor blades. No one ever talks about that It seems.
They look like razor blades but they are much thicker. I am about 6 weeks in and just getting ready flip the blades. My kit came with an extra set. I also heard you can get 3rd party ones on amazon.

There still appears to be a few rendering glitches with this upload. I'm around the 4:00-4:30 mark and have run into a few.
Ugghhhhhhh! Thanks for letting me know.
It looks like some screen issues. But at least it keeps playing.
@@ThisSmartHouse i counted a whopping 8 times when the encoding went haywire. and it looks like a few seconds of video are actually missing.
That is so disappointing. I have rendered and re-rendered it about 5 times. The output file looks fine, but the RUclips version has issues.

more time to make good videos :P btw home assistant integration is being worked on, I'm just testing it out now on the Luba1 :)
I am excited about the integration!
Hi, I am interested in buying one. Which retailer did you get it from? Or was this sent to you by Mammotion? Thanks!

4:51 i don't like those stripes. if i ever need a lawnmower, i'll probably go for a husqvarna. they look better too.
Really, I think the stripes look awesome. Most of my neighbors would kill for them.
What, you don't like the Mars Rover look?
"taller grass types" My brain immediately goes to pokemon lol
Lol. Fescue, I choose you!
