    pretty much what I did for almost a year with a lacrosse and mobility stretching. no more shoulder pain and is getting stronger daily. good luck man

    I also have a slight pronation in my left shoulder. Its getting better, but my tip to new lifters is good form and focus on back a little more than chest 2:1.

    Guys I just finished my exams and I haven't workout for about a month.I got some fat but I want to get rid of it as fast as possible.Iam willing to put the effort and do whatever it takes so I can get a six pack , but I don't know if I can achieve that goal in just a month...       Of course! Just make sure you are making up for your calories lost during the workout. Building muscle = eating more calories than you burn.
      Obviously don't go over board with the calories. I would suggest to go in a surplus of 200-300 calories! Goodluck my friend.

    Quick question: I currently weigh 195 and I'm trying to get up to 205 by putting on lean muscle. I keep my reps between 8-12 and eat a lot. But I've been stuck at 195 for a while. Any advice on how to gain weight?

      If you are doing same exercises you should change them up bc you need to shock the musle and get it teared up... you'll grow in muscle mass and that means more weight!

    How much weight would I gain if I went on a 5,000 calorie diet? I'm currently 165 pounds and 6' 2" and I'm trying to gain weight for football. But about how much weight would I gain in about a month, with that diet, and how much would I gain in 3 months

    Hey Brendan, have you got any workouts or training drills for sprinting, because a few years back I was the fastest guy in my school. I could run the 100m in like 13 secs(and this was when I was in year 4(grade 3 in America)). But then fast forward a few years I got encephalitis, which is basically brain damage caused by the brain swelling and squashing against my skull.After 3 months in hospital I had lost my speed and I became one of the slowest people. I'm trying so hard to get my speed back but nothing had worked

      Keep training hard. I used to do 100m in 11 secs at school. I wish I trained hard then to do it. I was a natural sprinter and didn't train much really regret it now. So work hard whilst you are young time moves quickly.

      but he didnt know how you were taining, believe me 3 times a week is enough if done correctly, the trainings must be 30 min but 15 of hose you shuld be on your heart beats kinda
