If you are doing same exercises you should change them up bc you need to shock the musle and get it teared up... you'll grow in muscle mass and that means more weight!

Hey Brendan, have you got any workouts or training drills for sprinting, because a few years back I was the fastest guy in my school. I could run the 100m in like 13 secs(and this was when I was in year 4(grade 3 in America)). But then fast forward a few years I got encephalitis, which is basically brain damage caused by the brain swelling and squashing against my skull.After 3 months in hospital I had lost my speed and I became one of the slowest people. I'm trying so hard to get my speed back but nothing had worked
Keep training hard. I used to do 100m in 11 secs at school. I wish I trained hard then to do it. I was a natural sprinter and didn't train much really regret it now. So work hard whilst you are young time moves quickly.
