What a magnificent fish top of my bucket list hands down been on 3 floats on the Collins River in Tennessee I'm getting closer and closer each time I go hooked into maybe a 25-30" roughly if I had to guess he hit a 4" PB&J Zman there very buoyant so they stick straight up when on the bottom thought it was a snag till it fought back went airborne and spit the hook my heart was pumping...Great upload
Great video I just got in the Musky fishing about 7 months ago. I've been fishing all my life with me and my dad but never did Musky fishing until now and it's by the best kind of fishing out there. keep up the awesome videos can't wait for more. videos
I know right ! Sorry I havnt uploaded much lately , it’s been a busy busy season for me working 7 days a week and trying to launch a Rod business too .
@@BlueRidgeMusky I usually call them spinnerbaits too but have had people confuse them for straight shaft bucktails. Anyhow, do you have any success with them in those current break strainers?
For the price Chaos is asking, their shums aren’t a bad option. They WILL catch fish! But I’m somewhat of a glider snob , I throw a lot of them and like my gliders to run a certain way. The chaos shums are very inconsistent when it comes to action and buoyancy. Each is slightly different. The original , and hard to come by , DF shums made by David French are all very consistent and well made ! I’m a fan!
These are first time clients bud . They don’t always know what to do with the musky as they fight them . And sometimes the fish are barely hooked . A guide that recognizes the difference and hustles to get the fish landed will catch more fish for his clients 😉
Buddy you know your shit when it comes to muskys and that river!! Hell of a guide!!
Thanks Eric !

Looked like a great day on the water! Multiple fish and you can't beat getting one on the bait demo haha!
Haha that’s right , that’s my luck 😂
Another fantastic video with plenty of teachable moments. Congratulations to Steve and Chris as well as you Sam on a fun productive day on the water.

Come on down man , I’d love to get you out after some muskies !
That's a good guide right there, hooks the fish and hands the rod to the client.
Sam, do you ever throw bent arm spinnerbaits into those current brake strainer's?
Yes , I call them traditional spinner baits or safetyPin spinners.
@@BlueRidgeMusky I usually call them spinnerbaits too but have had people confuse them for straight shaft bucktails. Anyhow, do you have any success with them in those current break strainers?
Video quality is great Sam
Thanks Tim 🤙🏻
Very cool video! I like your editing! I know from first hand that's the hardest part
That’s true
Nice Musky's 🎣💣
Great video as always! What was that first dive and rise bait you were throwing?
That’s one made by Anthony Ashby of Hot Tail Gliders
Great Work all!! Congrats 👍
Hey Sam what’s your opinion on the chaos shum vs the regular? Any opinion?
