+Drey350z Jones did my first drive with the v1, radar went off for two hiding cops on the highway, got alarmed about a 1/4 mile before hand, i would go with the v1, redline isn't worth the extra $150. cheers. the video is up on my channel
Just bought the V-1 last month. Great detector. Be sure to buy the Bluetooth adapter so you can use Yavi1 on the Android phone or V1driver for the iPhone. Those two apps will provide you with GPS lockouts for false alerts. But if you want to know more just checkout a RUclips channel called "vortex radar". He'll provide all kinds of info on the V-1.
+maynardo thank you, yes i will look into the v1 app, a lot of false alarms in the city which is annoying and distracting. i used it and you can watch the video from my channel to see the radar in action
