The way you paint, pick the colors, use the brush, and deliver the background story of the painting just makes me feel like wanting to paint and just see or feel the world... I will always be a fan of your paintings forever, don't ever stop doing what you love. Thank god you're okay from the bear 🖤🤙🏼
You speak of the wilderness as I have many years of experience. As a young teenager, I ventured into trails called adventure training programs and climbed to the highest point of the mountain. It would take 5 total days to complete this adventure. Map and compass, fieldcraft training, FA, etc. I learned to make a fire and survival skills. The winds were blowing, the trees talking and when it was all over, I accomplished something I never dreamed of. Nature that we take for granted. It is delicate and your paintings bring emotions and memories and that is where I want to be. Great artist Chuck.
What a wonderful story behind this painting, I could listen to you talk for hours you have such a soothing mesmerising voice. Painting is fabulous as always x
Hey Chuck. I can never explain to people, even friends and family, when they ask me why I love the outdoors, nature, a beautiful sunrise, or sunset. The majestic view from high atop a mountain peak, or a lazy river winding it's way through a lush, green, valley floor. Alive, with an explosion of sights and smells. My heart so full of endless excitement, knowing that spring is finally coming! And soon, mother nature will once again, create for me, an endless supply of her beauty, I feel most people don't see! It's overwhelming, the magnitude of AWE..I feel, when I am just out there, soaking it all in, or trying to. But, it's never enough!! And, I hope it never is. Anyway, you said it better then I could have said it myself. I truly don't feel there are words, that can explain the feeling we feel in our hearts when we are one with nature. ITS AWESOME!!!! YOUR AWESOME!!! Rock on, keep painting, and never stop seeing the TRUE beauty, not everyone sees!! I'm so thankful I do!! God Bless you, and. safe!! Your Friend Tina Eden.
Thanks Tine and you are right it is never enough. I feel the same with a loss of words often as well, art helps me convey that I believe. Again thank you and to you as well!
The painting feels so alive. I love it. The story behind the painting, makes it so alive. I was so into the whole process, that my mouth was so relaxed until a saliva dripped. I am amazed! God bless youu! 💕 and I agree with what you said, "..and without this struggle perhaps there wouldn't be so much beauty to be discovered." I am quoting that.
Dear painter GOD BLESS YOUR HAND God bless your Life GOD BLESS YOUR EYES God bless your work I love your painting all I like the way you use it I respect you very much I appreciate your patience Your love for nature is amazing. You are lucky Your expression is full of wisdom I wish the one who created nature to rejoice in your work.too
Your Video's have been giving me allot of idea's Chuck, Thanks for what you do bro. I'm a fan from here on out, and I'm gonna start taking painting serious because of You.
The music the voice explaining, the colors the brush and the finish product, there are no words to describe your creation from the nature. Chuck, you are one of the best.
It feels great to get back to your paintings from time to time and be a witness of your progression and way of documenting what we witness. Since I discovered you (about 5 years ago), I always keep you as a kind of artistic treasure", a "motivational kick" when I need it, because your art is simply beautiful, your true sincereness talking about your connection with the wilderness, art and life in general, which almost has the same effect as a philosopher or a poet talking to you, I get kind of addicted to it. Thanks for sharing your wonderful talent.
You are truly an Artist. And meant to paint Nature. Thank you for your experiences, captured on canvas. Also, your way of words, should be written in a book with your wonderful paintings.
Chuck, I can't believe how far behind I am watching your videos 😬 I've a lot of catching up to do, for sure! This painting, as with all of your paintings, shows the respect and appreciation you have for nature. The story, at the beginning, emphasises that, too. Phenomenal work as always!!!
i tried eating my tablet while watching this, hoping to obtain some of your talent and absorb your artistic gifts like sustenance. now I have a stomach ache and have to watch your videos on the smaller screen of my phone
Oh, a high art painting. I have been fascinated by your drawing of fluid lines that bring to life each color of the sky, strong green pine trees with curving blue streams, wonderful little pebbles and stones and The big bear stands in the beautiful space in the orange-yellow light of wild plants.Your paintings are so amazing.
God is so amazing and good. He created all this for us. When I struggle with negative feelings of the past, I am lovingly reminded by the Holy Spirit that God loves and adorns me, more than the sparrows who He cares for. That I am forgiven and justify by and through Jesus Christ. Beautiful story and painting. 😊
Your art has always blown me away. Absolutely stunning. I grew up in the northern woods of Maine and your story is exactly how I have always viewed nature.
I’m so glad I found your channel. Your videos are so soothing and relaxing!! Your reflections are so deep and help me connect with a deeper side of my soul. The painting is okay extraordinary!!
I was told once that life is not measured by how many breaths you take, but by how many things in the world take your breath away.. This is one of those moments!! When you first cast your eyes on this beauty... You always create a feeling in your artwork. Another phenomenal piece.. Thanks for sharing the journey. Your compositions are absolutely beautiful Chuck. Your details are off the chart. I could sit and watch you paint for hours on end. You are a very gifted artist my friend. Love the story behind it also. But!!! I think we're all wanting to hear the details of when your eyes made contact with that Bear 🐻. Lol lol .and how you defused that encounter..
Tom I can't thank you enough for the kind words. It's my pleasure to share and I'm happy that you liked it. ha! I chatted about it in one of my recent livestreams - Long story short a good size boar had followed me up a trail to a dead end at a cliff. I didn't notice it until it was about 8 feet behind me. Got in a screaming match with him and finally hit it with a rock so I could get passed him. He aggressively pursued me for a half mile back down the trail the other way and got in front of me to confront me again. I eventually got him good with another rock. When they huff, chomp, and stomp it's a defensive bear, but this bear was silent and confident. wasn't fun!
@@chuckblackart Holy crap! I can't believe he circled back and got in front of you again. He was definitely hungry. I saw a big griz chase a guy on a mountain bike for a long time before he finally gave up the chase. This guy was booking it on that trail too. He actually screamed to some people walking towards him a big bear !! big bear !! They ducked in a spot off the path and that bear was in hot pursuit.. It stopped about 50 yrds before getting to them as he was so exhausted he had to just sit, and rest. Lol lol .. i don't know what That biker had on him but that bear wanted it bad. When i was younger, i didn't give a rip about any of that stuff. Now at 65, i watch the wildlife channels. If i get chased now, i just shut the tv off.. 😅😅😅😅 I was thinking of inventing a bear scare back pack that inflates rapidly into a giant person that is towering over you as you scream. They say you can definitely intimidate a hungry bear by doubling your size anyway possible. Well this will quadruple your size and hopefully have him hauling butt the other way. Like having a genie in a bottle. 😅😅 We,, Im glade you made it out of there. He was a smart sucker trailing you up to a no way out spot for sure. Get eaten by a bear or jump.!!! Lol lol ..
The art you make is absolutely incredible and absolute perfection. I am an art student and I hope that i can study your techniques and wisdom behind these paintings! Are there longer tutorials and classes where i could learn from? I would be willing to pay! Thank you!
Are you a photographer ? And if yes then which one? Idk how to say this but this video literally says how I feel when I look at nature …..the weird satisfaction and sometimes even overwhelming desire to just float in sky …. You are the only one I know, who feels about nature same way as me … your paintings make me want to just dive into them ….and to be honest I kinda feel little jealous of your skills and your experiences in the wilderness….. I also try to create paintings like u …they don’t end up like I want them to but I know one day they will..Thanks for inspiring me . 😃
I do take a lot of photos but I don't know about photographer 😀 I mostly do so to remind me of the things I've found and the places they were at. The pleasure is all mine to share and I just cannot thank you enough for the support and feedback. My goal with my art has always been to connect with those who share a similar love for the outdoors and so it means a lot to me to read this. Thank you again and keep going with it!
