This is a really interesting informative video
I was diagnosed with Dry AMD in July 23, within a week I started on AREDS2, when I went for my followup appt in July 24 they told me that there was no change which I hope is down to AREDS2.

I have a milder form of Best disease, with choroidal neovascularization (ongoing treatment with Avastin injections both eyes every 3-4 months or so), acuity close to 20/20 especially a few weeks after each injection, the only real defects I have are in circular regions at the very edges of both maculas. I'm taking AREDS2 supplements + Astaxanthin 6mg daily. But I have no idea if those are actually helpful, since there are no real studies for inherited macular diseases. Does anyone know if they help?
