yea thats the only thing i have a problem with, the graffiti is unlawful-ish, it could be considered a first amendment protected activity since its public and within view, but no lawsuit has been filed on such. mask wearing has been legalized since the pandemic, when it used to be illegal for decades due to the KKK.
