      He shows up a bunch of times unhooded. He even showed up unhooded this year's season. The thing is supposed to be that he always has something covering his face. Even if he isnt wearing anything you never get to see his "full" face and hair, except for the movie. Tho they have broken this rule in the past for some reason. Mainly the brodway bro down in the episode, when he is seen in a pool, but there his face is half covered by someone else. Or the You're getting old episode, where you can just fully see him sittin in a table with his hood down. Nothing covers him up then, the only thing he has is a little birthday hat, which i guess counts. The baseball or sarcastaball episodes both cover just his hair with a hat and the rest of his unhooded appearances always have some sort of mask or glasses.

      A big part of the joke is that the kids look the same, except for the hair. When they get their heads shaved in the cult episode, they can't even tell who is who. They show Kenny's face in that also.

    I think the best take on MJ is that he was an immensely talented musical prodigy who's influence cannot be overstated. But regardless of whether the accusations he faced are true or not he was definitely deeply troubled who did some inappropriate things. His whole life was pretty much an endless rollercoaster of illnessess and pain, both mental and physical. He spent his whole life in the spotlight, was abused as a child, suffered from diseases like vitiligo and lupus and got addicted to painkillers and surgery after suffering horrific fourth degree burns. His low self-esteem caused him to never dare to explain his troubles which resulted in the media portraying him as an eccentric weirdo, which only fueled his insecurities. He also suffered from eating disorders like anorexia and bulimia and it's also worth noting that he was raised as a Jehova's Witness, which most certainly warped his sense of self and his sense of morality. His close friend Elizabeth Taylor once surprised him with his first christmas (he could never experience it due to his religious upbringing) and while he was grateful he reportedly went to the bathroom to cry, feeling like he both didn't deserve it and that he was betraying his beliefs. He eventually had his doctor give him strong anesthetics every night to help him sleep due to his immense backpain (essentially knocking him out, so he went like two months without any real sleep) which eventually killed him. Honestly I can't help but feel bad for the guy. Considering what he went trough it's a small miracle he didn't turn out much, much worse than he did.

    I was doing a study abroad in London when Michael Jackson died. People were laying flowers in Trafalgar Square after his death was announced. It was a crazy amount of flowers and other types of items that people left there, not to mention the people just hanging out down there crying and singing his songs. It was kind of weird to me the way people were reacting to his death. You just don't see people doing that very often. It goes to show just how big Michael Jackson was that a lot of people would react that way to his death and to do so despite all the horrible rumors that circulated about him.

    A great book on Michael Jackson is Remember the Time. It’s testimony from Michael’s last bodyguards from after the trial up until he died. The stories really showed how much Michael cared for his kids but also the paranoia of his celebrity lifestyle, how mismanaged his business was, and how the people surrounding him tried to take advantage of him. Another good one was The Michael Jackson Conspiracy. A beat for beat recap of his trial and acquittal by Aphrodite Jones. Great stuff.

      Nah he admitted to sleeping in the same bed as young boys. Even if he didn’t do anything to them that’s still very very strange. He had a shitty childhood yes and probably lots of mental issues and he was a genius in his craft which could mean he was fucked up in the head from birth. However it doesn’t excuse all the weird shit he done

    I remeber the burn accident on the Bad tour and the Pepsi commercial- I was in Hamburg Germany at the time with my parents. My mom was playing harp at the Atlantic Kempiński hotel inhamburg and it was emptied out just for him to stay. She was playing in the lobby and I went to work with her and was way in the back but got tonsee him from afar with his bodyguards.

    Micheal Jackson really did have a wild transformation. I never really saw a timeline picture like the one you posted int he video, its fascinating to me that it's even possible.
    As far as my take on the allegations.. I don't know. I hope its not true. I'll always love his music, and he clearly was an extremely troubled individual.
    If it's true then at least he can't hurt anyone anymore, if it isn't true then he is at peace. Love your reactions Dash, I lost access to my main youtube account, so you got a new subscriber via this one, but I've been here with you for over a year now!

    • @finkployd6110
      @finkployd6110 Год назад +3

      Yeah, I think at the very least his relationship with kids was inappropriate and he had deep issues stemming from his childhood - in my honest opinion, he was guilty of the crimes he was accused of too, I could go into my reasoning but I don't want to write a whole essay about allegations detailing some really disgusting behaviour, I'll just say he was a hurt man that hurt more people and convinced himself it was all okay (like a lot of predators do).
      Nonetheless, he was a phenominal artist, so talented in so many aspects, all around a brilliant mind. A lot of people that worked for him have said that "King of Pop" was a title his PR team came up with, but he's clearly deserving of that title for the influence he had.

    • @benn239
      @benn239 Год назад

      Yep, crazy talented, and a bizarro pedophile who preyed on boys. They arent mutually exclusive. Roman Polanski makes good movies, and he also raped a minor. Hitler did some good things, he also ordered so much murder. Its like we shouldnt feel the need to deny that good things can from a person who has done terrible things.

    • @annaf3915
      @annaf3915 2 месяца назад

      I agree, he may not have done all the things he was accused of but for me there is no doubt he was attracted to young boys. And it may have taken his victims years to realize they had actually been abused because it all happened in such a friendly, playful manner. I don't want to be gross but many 13 year old boys have jacked off next to a pal. Only to realize much later that their good pal from back then had been a middle aged man who set up the whole thing.
