  • If you want to make your own Hiyashi Chuka sauce, please refer to the following! (2-3servings)

    Soy sauce: 4 tablespoons (60ml)
    Rice vinegar: 4 tablespoons (60ml)
    Mirin: 1 tablespoon (15ml)
    Sugar: 3 tablespoons
    Water: 2 tablespoons (30ml)
    Grated ginger juice: 1 teaspoon
    Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
    Vegetable oil (such as salad oil): 2 teaspoons
    Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon

    * I forgot to mention in the list of ingredients, but the last thing on top is red pickled ginger (Beni Shoga). You can use it as you like.
