As an indigenous citizen , I assume this dam should not be constructed, the consequences can be worsen, moreover our identity is define in terms of our indigenous land, ecosystem, siang ane that we are attached to. ✊✊
china is planning 50,000 MW dam on siang river and if india doesn't construct big dam in arunachal pradesh , most of arunachal pradesh will face flood if china open the gate of their big dam . so pls understand building dam on saing river is very important to save arunachal,assam from flood and draught in suny season .

Thank east mojo team for taking the pain of visiting the ground 0 and having a 1-1 conversation in person with the dam effected people. Who also happpens to be the indigenous and rightful citizens of Siang river basin. With such massive and strong protest against the dam. By now the BJP government in Delhi and state must understand that, the people are ready to face any consequences to protect their ancestors paddy and agricultural lands tooth and nail. So, any agency trying to construct the dam which will be detrimental. Don’t test the patience of innocent, straightforward and hardworking people of Siang basin ( Adi Abor) .
Although, I am not from that community, but I have been to all these belts and made an intimate relationship with them. They are straightforward people.

As long as people have land, they can be independent and self-sufficient but once they lose the land, they become dependent on others for even basic needs like food, cloth and shelter....please don't lose your freedom and self- sufficiency for money....

We suffort to make dam in siang river for all over development within siang ansd its niegbiur town with enhe ching the living standards of siang people economically
Your support is not needed. People of siang are happy with their living standards and they don't want to change. So , if you are so eager to support then support where people need food and shelter donate there and help the poor people of our country to improve their living standards. Or share your living standards with poor people who need it. If you are a politician or any other e.t.c then try to do something about job opportunities without harm the nature and changing the landscape of our land.
