Dear Island Vibe Cooking, your recipe is so delicious!! I made it tonight for my husband and son, and it was the first home-cooked meal we have been able to sit down and have together in 22 days. We live in Asheville NC, the area (among many areas, here) completely devastated by Hurricane Helene. As hard as it has been for us, we just cannot complain, because so many people have lost everything including lives. We never thought anything of this magnitude was even possible here. It's unbelievable. Thank you for this delicious recipe that had us all sitting at the table together tonight for the first time since September 26th. I could have cried, but the tears would have been both of joy and thankfulness we are together, and of sorrow for everyone who lost so much and are still suffering. I am in a band, and tomorrow night we are playing for a benefit, the proceeds from which will go to Hurricane Relief. That's what all the local bands are doing here now. So is everyone, in any capacity they can, helping others for free, and people are here to help us from all over the country. It is the most beautiful thing...The love is Huge. ❤❤❤

Without a doubt, the BEST boneless pork chop recipe! My husband is not a pork chop lover, but he couldn't stop complimenting these chops. We have had them about once a week for the past month (since discovering this recipe). We love it!

I made this and it came out delicious! Shocked myself actually. Lol I normally just use season all on my boneless chops and baked them but when I got started to make dinner, I noticed we were completely out of season all. Your video was the one that caught my eye. At first, I thought the chops might come out fairly dry considering cooking them twice but they totally didn’t. They turned out to be very juicy and flavorful! Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be using this recipe again!

Great Job, Chops looked awesome, a few thoughts, if you're using the Cajon seasoning remember to account for the "extra" salt that will add. I'd skip the oven part as your pork chops were pretty much done unless you have to go for well done. I'd also start my searing by standing the pork chops on their sides I find it makes it easier to get the sides done first. Great job looking for more from you.

Tried this cooking method and because so many mixes have some kind of msg or other neurotoxin I just used my own seasoning mix; salt, pepper, garlic powder and some dried crushed herbs from my own garden, rosemary, thyme and sage. I even made the pan sauce. The pork turned out GREAT! I tested temp after searing and they were not yet there so the 10m in oven was just right and they were NOT overcooked. Thanks!

And yes, I'm Afro-Caribbean! lol) over brown rice, with green beans topped with crispy fried onions. I would've made biscuits or something but we were too ready to eat!
