    You're not skinny and trust me. We need myth busters like you to open our eyes. I've been there in the whey protein cycle and eating processed food. I need you back.

      Its easy. Just stick with whole foods! That automatically takes out all the processed things like those powders!

    I understand that this is a short, but you should make the distinction between good carbs and junk carbs. There are good cereals and bread on the market that are made of whole grains. It’s the simple carbs that you should be careful of.

    Please recommend good fats to put with my protein. Today is day 2 of OMAD, 20/4, is what I'm doing. I find eating at 6pm is best, coffee with cream and water morning starts.

    Just read the ingredients labels that's all you will need to know to avoid added sugars and the many forms of sugar .

    Energy drinks are a trap. High sugar and salt fine for a break in a basketball game. Terrible on just about every other occasion.

    Hey man just one question, i just visited italy . People were preety lean even in their 60 ( amd seemed happy too) , while there diet is already you know. I do not get the logic

      I went to Italy too and thought the same thing... but something I noticed, is that people walk a lot more there, and at restaurants, they dont give you enough food to make you vomit like here in America. They eat just enough.

      The wheat planted in Europe is different from the one in America, also the cheese, ham and sausages used in Italian cuisine is different from American ones, so even Italian people eat bread, pasta, pizza, the result would be different.

      @@JBrooksNYS I was in Italy as well and noticed the same thing, I noticed their portions were smaller, their food is not contaminated with the same BS our food is, they walk a lot and ride bicycles. What is considered organic in our country is normal food in their country.

    What is the difference between eating potatoes/rice and eating cereal/rice cakes? Doesnt it hit your body the same way? What does your body care if the sugar naturally occurs or if it was added afterwards? It's going to be processed the same way.

      After I eat a big bowl of cereal, I usually want another big bowl. After I eat a couple baked potatoes I'm usually full as hell. Even if they were equally healthy, whole foods are just more filling and sugar is addictive and just makes me want more.

      Actually you can see when there is tension in the beginning of the video suggesting he’s probably not flexing during the video, that’s just impressive
