Thanku bro. This video very helpful for me. By which i resize my watch chain at my home🏠. Without any instrument , I simply use only big size sewing needle. And done it.

everthing was going great but im having trouble taking out the piece were the arrows are facing out. it actually bent one of the tools that i bought lol.

Maybe try to put some pressure not only forward but also downward while extracting it, because there is a tiny metal part that plays the role of a lock.

There should be a size table which will help you find your size. Just measure your wrist diameter and try to figure out in the size table.
