    Hi RICH AND STEVE. GREAT VIDEO I LOVED THE BACKGROUND ACTIVITY 👍 VERY COOL. THIS GLIDER IS INTERESTING ME LOVING THE WAY ITS DISMANTLES ABLE TO GO BACK IN THE BOX. ALSO SHE FLYS AMAZING. SUCH A RELAX FLIGHT. THANKYOU FOR POSTING AND THANKS FOR FILMING STEVE. TAKE CARE AND HOPE YOU HAVE A GREAT WEEK 🇬🇧 RC INFORMER 🇺🇸💯♥️🕊️✌️

    I love my SZD-54. It grabs whatever thermal activity exists and just goes up, up, up with one notch of flaps.

    Thanks for explaining the advantage for wing tips. I learn more about the hobby when I watch your videos.

    • @RCINFORMER

      The blended winglets basically reduce drag by reducing the size of the vortex generated at the wing tip by making the transition or spill, of the high pressure air under the wing less, as it spills upward to the low pressure air on the top of the wing:) This increases flight time, extends range, reduces fuel burn:)

    Very proffessional, good to listen to no filler or waffle. Sold it on me going to buy one because of this. In UK so can't buy from link. Well done and thank you

      Thanks Patrick for your support-we are going to be having a big website update over the coming weeks and I should be able to provide all of you overseas outside of the US with Channel support links for most things-it’s quite a big job so it’s taking a bit of time to get through but in the meantime thanks for the support watching the videos liking and sharing etc it all helps out at the end of the day👍

    Hi I recently bought the szd 54 , on the reciever where does the single pin connector ( that's attached to throttle wire ) go. ?

      Don't do anything with it. It may be a reverse wire but it is not needed

    hey rich would putting 2 extentions on the ycable coming from the rx make it any easier with more slack to put the wings on. is there room to tuck them in once the wings are on? just wondering

    Looks like they've taken the Volantex style of glider to the next level. Too bad the wing servo connectors aren't the simple plug in design.

    I transport the plane with one wing off. I put short servo extensions on the aileron and flap connectors to make it easier to get the wires into the fuse.

    Great video, thank you for actually doing some gliding. No one else seems to do that with glider reviews. Nice model but you lost me with all those wires in the connecting. That is so 2015.

    So, what are your thoughts between this and the ASW-17 EP Glider PNP 2500mm? Too much difference to compare, or what would be the pros and cons?

    • @RCINFORMER
      @RCINFORMER  3 года назад

      Actually they are quite similar but im not really the best person to give pro’s and Con’s on Gliders simply because i simply don’t fly them often enough to be able to give a detailed list-that being said the both fly extremely well, the FMS is obviously higher quality in some respects but both are great model’s that fly fantastic🙂

  • @davidmanciero5465

    you really should stop leaving your plane sit on the runway while you adjust your radio, cause i wouldn't wait for you if i needed to land , that is just rude! Just like when you got upset at the turbine guy for firing up, hello it an rc field not your personal field for making your video. just facts to live by.

    • @RCINFORMER
      @RCINFORMER  4 месяца назад

      @davidmanciero5465 I decided to get my own field instead:) Problem solved. Additionally, I did not get upset, I made note of it. So I can't get a few minutes of quiet to do some filming for one flight? That's too much to ask? Really? One flight? We mostly wait for others to finish their flights. However, most don't know or care what we are doing & have no regard for us... We wait around for others to finish & when we fly others fire up their loud models & our audio is hard to hear.
