I believe someone's art style should be constantly evolving, changing ever so slightly as they improve their skills and find methods they like better. Don't ever apologize for your art style changing, that just means you are growing as an artist.
As someone who has loved and watched you for a long time, I say that these changes are pretty neat! What you explained makes sense, and I do like the differences!
I like the change! And even if for whatever reason I didn’t that wouldn’t matter because you’re the artist and you should get to change things up as much or as little as you want, but again I think the changes are all really nice
All the changes u have done just seem like an organic growth & development of an artist expanding the dynamic range of tools in their toolbox. It feels v right & cool to see your playing w/ shapes for characters especially!

While I'm very fond of the old style it was an experiment at one point just like this will be, and the important thing is that you feel good about what you're drawing and comfortable enough to make changes

I like the new artstyle but I think I prefer the dark lines, the "sticker" feel of it was always a staple of your channel (the colored lines feel great for still images tho). I'll miss the bigger eyes but I see what you mean! Ultimately tho, I've always enjoyed seeing your style grow and change and even the stuff that feels a bit jarring for me is still pretty as heck, it's already growing on me. Any creator should not need to stick themselves in a box due to expectations from their followers/viewers, and you absolutely should go for what makes you happiest! I changed my artstyle a couple years ago for the same basic reason. Now I have probubly hundreds if not over a thousand combinations of parts. I look forward to see how yours turns out as you alter them. Edit: I calculated just individual head parts put together. IT'S OVER 47 BILLION!!!

As someone's who's style falls into a similar trap, I totally understand what you're talking about, I've been trying to do the same thing with my drawings
it looks pretty great to me as someone who hasn't fully been paying attention, looks like you're just improving and being able to add more variation is incredibly great for you and your enjoyment if your own work!
I used to watch your videos ALL THE TIME for my art references. You helped me learn to draw eyes and legs for my cats and it was awesome. Your art always inspires me and I’m glad to see you’re still working on making it better. I hope it works out!

I can see her eyes have changed colours (joking ofc) To be honest, while I will "miss" the old style because it was fitting with the "humour" type extremely well, I also love the new one, and it's not like videos with the old style are no longer available. We'll all get used to the new one eventually. It's only natural that your style evolved, nobody's style stay the same throughout the years.
i really like that you’re changing things i’m not the biggest fan of the changes maybe im just not used to it yet maybe i’ll like it once you have changed it up a bit more but right now i like it just a tiny bit less i still think it’s great though im sure i’ll absolutely love the final result of the current experiments

For the fluffy cats, maybe they can be differentiated by body/head shape and amount/style of fluffiness? Ex: Greystripe is more square with long, straight hair, while Dovewing is rounder with shorter, floofier fur

It's good to change things up a bit as you do things after a while. Outside of fighting in like WW1, stayijg in trenches aren't normally a good thing. I could be wrong and just haven't seen the really nice ones a block over.

I think adding the colored outlines make the characters look more calming and they don't pop out really making you look only at them and I like that.

It looks really good, but I also really miss the eyes that weren’t perfect circles and comically large. But it all boils down to what you want to do.
