I did this one today and it was great. I added ankle weights and dumbells to make it harder. It was fantastic. I added further workouts to complete a 40 min workout. Thanks!

Hi Lauren, I have just discovered your workouts and find them to be so beneficial and so achievable. I am 66 and trying to regain some strength after illness. Your gentle manner is lovely - so many other workouts are more aggressive and unrealistic for older people but these I’m going to be sticking with. Thank you

This was perfect, I have a shoulder injury so have dropped all my other exercise things except walking (and feeling yuk!) this was great to put me back doing something positive instead of not doing anything🙏🏻
I'm so thankful I found this channel, I'm 36 years old and suffer from Graves Disease and my body feels like in it's 90's my heart hurts bad when I do strenuous workouts this makes my heart pump without severe pain and I feel like I got a 30 min workout in short time I'm looking forward to doing more workouts and incorporating these to my routine. I am back to home workouts in addition to my AOA classes. Working on balance and strength. Want to start skating again after winning a gold and silver in adult skating competition, this summer.. I sort of lost confidence with balance. Anyway these home work outs are great. Thank you!

I LOVED THIS❣️❣️ I am following Glucose Revolution book (game changer btw). And Jesse suggests that you exercise briefly after each meal for 10 minutes to prevent a glucose spike. I did this workout in my office clothes and it was SO FUN!! Looking forward to trying more❤ Lauren you are amazing and I do your workouts EVERY DAY!
It's not about the number of workouts, it's about time, effort and of course nutrition if you want to lose weight. It's different for everyone, but I would recommend doing 30 minutes of cardio.
Thanx for the lesson. I incorporate it in my daily routine for healthy heart. Old french asses like me, have a hard time moving our body except for sex...we are far from perfect but trying our best to progress up. Peace & love

If in person pilates is your goal, then I would do my pilates workouts! If you are not ready for mat work, I have standing pilates as well.
