Nose, eyes and ears are connected. For example you get cold from ears, nose and you could get corona from Eye and nose because they are connected.
I have lungs bronchiectasis and sinus problem also..will putting ghee in nose trigger lungs disease??

How its the oil to nose
Connect to eye sight?
well oily things are rich in vit A and ghee and mustard oil are really good sources of vit A so when you put in nose the nerves of your nasal passage will absorb the stuck oil on the inside skin and because these nerves are connected to other nerves of the face including the eye nerves the oil has a very high chance for its nutrients to be distributed in the eye area due to which the muscles of the eye will use it to recover hence you will have relaxed stronger eyes and most likely your defects will also go away. but it is a natural process and natural processes no matter how helpful they tend to take longer to be effective I mean you need to do this oil in the nose thing every day before sleeping for at least I repeat ATLEAST 6 months but at least it's better than throwing chemicals into the body which will cure eyes but cause some other side effects for which you will again take chemicals and you will be trapped in this drug cycle for your life

And as kapha dosha's one of the quality is snigdhata i.e. Oiliness thus when we put ghee or any kind good or right kind of snigdha / oily substance in it , it gives it nutrition kind of.......
Also the question why from nose ....
For that also in ayurveda it's said "nāsā hi shiraso dwaram" means nose is the door for all head region .......
Also in Tarpan vidhi it's given directly to eyes.....
