I can relate to this story absolutely. I worked for a company who gained a contract with the military. I too had a mentor who showed me everything. No experience. I was told to quit so the company could hire me as a consultant. Also I work on the local level but are definitely looking to advance into the federal space. This was so valuable Isaac.
