When the first trailer dropped I just assumed that green-saturated segment where he kicks the missile was a cutscene, at no point did it even occur to me that it could possibly be gameplay.....my expectations for Sonic simply aren't that high. This looks SO damn good.
From what it sounds like, they got Sean Schemmel back to voice Black Doom (don't know if it was confirmed already). Can't wait to see what great material Ian Flynn gave him and Kirk Thornton to work with so they can do their characters justice. This looks so good!
Also, I was expecting them to just reuse the remixes of Radical Highway and Supporting Me from Generations 3DS, but they made brand new banger ones (although they seem to have used the Supporting Me 3DS as Phase 1 music for the Biolizard). However the Radical Highway remix sounds different from the one used in yesterday's trailer...
Edit: So Sean apparently confirmed that they didn't reach out to him to reprise his role, so whoever they got to voice Doom here is doing a really good sounding like him
I get shivers every time I watch Shadow fekin kicking a god damn missile outta his way, like a god damn fekin BAD ASS, even tho I must’ve watched it like 30 times in the past few days lmao. SO HYPE!!!
I keep replaying the Radical Highway section just to listen to the remix, I feel this LMAO

Generations was already a fantastic game, but this new addition of a full Shadow game on top of it might propel it into Best In The Franchise conversations!

'The ARK' (reused from Shadow 05) seems to have been placeholder music as people uploaded videos of them playing the demo and a Final Rush remix plays instead (kinda strange that they didn't remix Final Chase since that's Shadow's stage, but can't complain when what we got is BANGING)
Can't wait for the game and it's soundtrack to come out!!

hope Sonic is also playable here, the remix they give classic sonic for this stage in the 3ds version is pure art (easily the best version of Radical Highway)
I don't think they're going to add anything to Sonic's portion. I hope they at least updated the graphics and renders to look like this though.
This gameplay is more like shadow frontiers than generations.

@@KaiZenAmen i hope not, ive been hoping for a sonic game that focus mainly on Sonic and Shadow since SA2(with the team play from Sonic Heroes or Seperate stories that lead into 1 like SA2). And bring back the chao garden. 😭 us veterans have been waiting for 2 decades now.
