*This* is why I love the internet. You can cross boundaries so much easier; It connects the world.
I bought one of the very minimally packaged original Detriti pressings and now they're on a big time label? With colored vinyl? Niceeee
Feel like I am flying into a Soviet airport and walking out into the snowy Muscovian streets... oh, and it's 1986... what a year. Cold War is almost over!
Came from a New Order song, can see why RUclips recommended this to me
One eye looking hopefully towards the future. The other nostalgically looking to the past
They became one of my favorite groups after I saw them on your channel
No idea what I clicked but this cover was so fire I knew they were making gas
So far, clicking on songs with Cyrillic titles recommended to me by youtube has introduced me to Ария and now this group.
I think that's the start of a good trend.
Also, the building on the cover is the the "Hotel Panorama" in Slovakia.
Is like talking heads and joy division having a baby
Thank you for introducing detriti records to me though their comps, totally changed my music taste and got me into some of my favorite bands me and my friends probably would've never heard of without this chanel. Just bought this album on CD for my car and I know my friend had bought a judy and the jerks vynil that she found through this channel as well.
Molchat Doma was the gateway drug for me too, lmao. Love these guys, Pisse, Powerplant, Poison Ruïn, and all sorts of punk and post-punk. Been in the community for over two years now.
reminds me of Kraftwerk
Kraftwerk
Kraftwerk is excellent.
Exactly what i was thinking
IMHO not even close to Kraftwerk
That building has some pretty good suicide jumping platforms.
Finally, post punk is coming back. It's the 80s.
No, its good music in 2020s, appreciate it :)

FUN FACT: some cars on the picture are czechoslovakian made, like skoda 100 and skoda 1000MB in the back right and Skoda Octavia in the front right
I don't know what they are singing about but I LOVE this!!! Im simultaneously listening to the song and imagining what the lyrics are in english. Awesome tracks. Reminds me of the some classic Depeche Mode or Kraftwerk. Awesome Molchat Doma.
who knew my 2 years of highschool spanish would actually allow me to understand this

RUclips finally putting people onto some good music.

Saw them live in London a couple of months back, was such an amazing experience. I’ve got this channel to thank for it all, so thank you.

@@deadlyram2k6 post punk? UPS gone rogue or what?
i bet the OS of that building is Windows XP
In those days CP/M was leading a fraction of the market. VAX/VMS was big. And Bill G and Paul A had been tinkering on their first electronic traffic counter.
But in renewed hindsight: yeah this house must have been so 2003 in 1978.
Black kid crying while dancing brought me here.
Hell yes. Oh my God. Jesus Christ. Holy shit
Musica boa da porra!
Tem mais Brasileiro aqui???
salve salve mlks.
I was at their concert in St. Petersburg!
That was awesome! Here's a video - ruclips.net/video/6vaqFEeaLoM/видео.html
I'm so happy to find this amazing album. From Argentina 🇦🇷
Apparently RUclips knows its Doomer audience and I'm not complaining
Fun Fact:
The album cover is of the Hotel Panorama in Slovakia. You can still stay there if you want!
Beautiful, cold and hopeless like these present times that overwhelm us.
