I love this!! My sister has been a hair stylist for 54 years. One of the best things she's ever told me was, if you find something you really love buy it in different colors. I've stayed true with that. You can always add or take away for it to look different. ❤ Wonderful idea!!

I was looking at cute summer dresses online and found two sun dresses I simply loved. Really much too young for me, but i thought about little light weight shrugs with 3/4 sleeves to put over for hot school days in August/September. I wear a tall (long-waisted) so the dresses will be long enough in waist length and down to my knees. So I went for it!

Unfortunately for me, I can not wear dresses, or shorts for that matter, because I have a leg issue that I feel prevents me from showing my legs. If I could wear dresses I would definitely have this dress in all of its colors. I love your style.
I feel the same about my legs, but am rocking maxi dresses. You might want to try a few on and see what you think. I bought one from Kohl’s and one from Avara. Good luck!
This reminds me of the 50s and 60s when shirtdresses were all the rage. They are indeed feminine as they are floaty and cinched at the waist and the collar is kind to the neck. I made several in my mid teens and I love the pics of Mum wearing them in the early 50s.
So, I just revisited this video and the beautiful white shirt dress you show in the beginning is so much nicer than the Amazon one which is so oversized in comparison and it is polyester. I am living in a hot climate so this much fabric is hot and too much on my small frame. I can only buy from Amazon where I am. If anyone has found a dress that fits more like the white one Nikol shows in a non-polyester fabric, please would you let me know? I love the white dress look. I would drown in all the fabric on the Amazon model. The white style is much more tailored and thus, flattering. Thank you in advance.
