I do think they are an impressive team of course. But no one cares if they win the league because of your exact reasoning. Teams like United, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea even Spurs have teams that HATE them and it's always a cup final. So there a lot more teams that step it up against them, it's why City games are usually boring to watch. I mean even United hate Liverpool (and even Arsenal to an extent) more than city a lot of the time and that's City's biggest rivalry lol.
