Cannot thank you enough for this video (and as a matter of fact for the others) - it is informative, very useful, very well explained - you do a terrific job you are positive and professional. I believe I will get better with these exercises, as I have been working out all my life. Keep well !! Alice 💗💗💚💚🌳🌳🌸🌸☘☘🏵😄
You are right on it and have many good exercises…I was diagnosed with two sports hernias one on each side…..i also have a bad hip been doing PT for ten months finally getting better….do many of these
This is such a wonderful video. Is it possible to have a combination of two of these conditions - i.e. mostly adductor and perhaps some pubic symphysis? If so, I am wondering if OK to do the exercises for both?
Thank you, really appreciate the nice comment. Yes there is. Probably best to start with just one group of the exercises and then overtime adding in the other one. Start with the one you think is causing more pain/problem. Please let me know if you have any additional questions
Thank you so much for this comprehensive guide. I get pain in my left adductor / groin when doing split squats with my left leg forward. Have you ever encountered this before? Going to try your exercises to rehab it, but it seems like there’s a structural issue I need to address to prevent it again in future..
You're most welcome! Yes, sound like you need to progress your adductor rehab to a place that can handle the loads when doing the split squats. You will most likely have to limit the weight on the split squats that the adductor tendon can handle and then slowly increase over time
@@PerformanceSportSpine thanks for replying! Yes, going to work on the rehab exercises from your vid. Also have a previous knee injury on that side plus a tight hip from surfing, so it’s all related. Thank you so much
Hi Doc does this work for mild hip dysplasia in adult 33? Have alot of anterior hip pain in the flexors and groin pain. Gets worse after hip thrust and squats and unable to sleep on my r side. Please help
Here you go for the snapping noise: ruclips.net/video/auSfOTsjtBs/видео.html As for the groin pain with squatting, mostly like an adductor issue or you hip sockets are shaped such that that wide stance is not optimal.
Hello @dr. last 3 years i feel hip pain from injury. Physiotherapist told me, groin arhtritis of hip. Right now, how to relieve this pain? now, my age 20. Please suggest me a some exercise🙏 🙏
Dude, that is exactly why we made this video. You need to watch each section to determine which issue you have and then we give you the proper exercises to do.
I can’t even lift my right leg without it hurting for the stage one extensions. My left leg feels fine and it’s really easy to do it. It hurts right above the tendon or muscle that’s in my thigh that goes to the pelvis. I don’t know if it’s hip flexor pain or what but it really hurts, can you help me figure it out?
The best guide so far thank u so much
Glad you think so! Thanks for the comment

I hear a pop ( snapping noise ) when I do leg raises. What can I do about it? And also groin hurts when squatting with wide stance

We go in detail about how to figure out if it is your hip flexor at 4:47. Go through it and let us know what you find.
Try the public symphysis exercises, it did wonders when I couldn't really do all others lol
