The way I like to shred my chicken is with my hand mixer. When I do multi batch chicken mix for chicken enchiladas to make extras for freezing, I will put my cooked chicken breast and ingredients in the kitchen aide. Shreds the chicken while mixing in the cream cheese and other ing.

I know by now you are holding your new bundle of joy but I still wanted to say CONGRATS and I hope you had a smooth delivery. My baby is 31 now but I can still remember how awesome it felt to be able to feel the baby move around during pregnancy. That is the neatest feeling.. For months afterwards I would occasionally still get that feeling, probably a gas bubble but it always made me excited to be able to have that feeling again. My daughter had the hic ups every single day at 3:00 in the afternoon just like clockwork. It was so funny. Anyway, we will miss you but take all the time you want and and need.
