Looking for apartments is exhausting and the language barrier would make it doubly so! An agent is a good idea. In that first apartment, you could definitely see the mould on the walls so happy you passed on that!
Do have anyone here love living alone 😊
Can you do a episode spend 10 dollars a day for meals.?
$10 food/day challenge accepted

Also, that first apt., it appeared you could not standup fully. Seems like you were bending so your head would not hit the ceiling.
Hi Skye, I’m paying $370 in Da Nang. Have you been here before? Also, aren’t you from California. I’m from S. Calif. just curious.
Interesting to hear about your experiences as I am a foreigner living in District 10. I like 10 because it has good local vibes and feels like living in Vietnam but it isnt as dense and congested as District 4 for example. But still close enough to District 1 so I can access the international amenities without too much hassle when i want them.
D10 is a good area
that welded C clamp door handle had me rolling 40sec in
That door handle is quite common here
We are ant to see $1,000 per month apartments in Vietnam!
Which district was the first apartment? Thank you

@@skyetran Thank you
What's a common fee for agents ?
normally, we don't pay an agent fee... from my experience, the landlord or whoever pays the agent fee
