Keep in mind custom crosshair only works in window mode/Fullscreen windowed. Not in Fullscreen. Not Fullscreen= a little bit of input lag, 3klikphilips made about it.

Yo what cpu do you use becuse higher polling rate the bigger it takes on the cpu and I dont think u need more then 1000hz but if u want to have 4000hz u need better cpu
try this: go to device manager-> then go to the mice section-> right click on the first one-> go to properties-> energy management-> turn off "device can wake the computer from sleep mode"-> repeat it with the other ones too to be safe :)
Don't use windowed full screen, just use the built-in monitor crosshair, and don't download strange apps just change your resolution in the fortnite game settings file.
you need to open it on the background but you can auto enable it on startup, there is also no point in using timer resolution since you can just change the wanted timer resolution on islc to 0,5ms
