I wouldn’t be taking ANY of Paul’s advice if you’re just getting in to fish keeping. He is notorious for avoidable fish deaths. Just do some basic research on his name and you’ll see hundreds of examples

There’s still a small section of grass though and it’s big enough to upgrade size of pond. Watching your vids are so enjoyable and inspirational, i want to build a pond just like your new freshwater pond but in my own backyard🙏🏼

Remember you will need a narrow beam lens for the radions otherwise the light will not reach the bottom of the tank enough. If I was you I would get 5 kessil a500 with a 35 degree reflector. These will light up the bottom really well.

Hey Paul who knows maybe you should get flame scallops and mussels and the reason I am saying that is because like the flame scallops are herbivorous and they only eat phytoplankton and mussels are filter feeders and I think that maybe the next kind of fish you get for your reef pond should be a parrotfish and the reason is because they are so magnificent and plus they can make the tank look like Hawaii and what I mean by that is parrotfish are called parrotfish because they eat coral but what a lot of people don’t know is that what comes out of the parrotfish is that what comes out of parrotfish makes up to 70% of the sand on the white sandy beaches in the Caribbean and Hawaii.
