    The new pond is way smaller than the old one. The old pond definitely holds a whole lot more water. I just think it’s gonna be too crowded now for those fish.

      The old circular pond was already overstocked (especially before half of the fish died due to his ich outbreak). This new pond is half the size, and is already beyond overstocked.

      He’s already stated it’s much bigger then the old pond they were in, you just can’t tell through the camera, it probably seems smaller coz it’s black and not a bright colour (aka blue or white) c

    How come that you never have proper filtration for these completely overstocked ponds? Maybe collaborate with some koi guys who know their filtration or have been in japan before, its really not that hard to provide proper filtration with all that land. You need a mechanical filter upfront, a biological one behind and lastly uv, or you completely build a brush filter on your own, I think a lot of peoople would enjoy watching you build big filters which create amazing water quality!

      He never has his tanks set up properly because fish care isn’t his objective. The animals are used solely as props for views and money.

      The new pond is 10x10 and 4 feet deep. Just around 3000 gallons.

    Surprised the fish are alive judging by the looks of the paint on the inside of the 5000.
    Wonder what happened ?? Pretty sure it was painted before use.

      The pond crashed twice and a lot of fish died. He just keeps restocking it, on and of camera

      Most of the fish die, he just dumps new ones inside. He’ll do the same thing here when most of these fish go belly up due to the completely improper water parameters of this pond

      @@laurenrwinstonepretty obvious with basic fish care knowledge. The ammonia levels are off the charts with the lack of sufficient filtration and absolute overstocking of fish in these. Not to mention the parasites that have repeatedly crashed the tank that he has introduced through his refusal to quarantine.

      Lol he made a whole video about how he had too many in there.. and a bunch of them were from the outdoor koi pond he has, and he's moved them back in there.       @@michaelrasmussen9630in south Florida tropical fish can survive outside because the temperatures are like where the fish are native to, that’s the reason we have Oscar’s, plecos, and almost all cichlid types invading south Florida waterways

      Still a massive pond tbf. Filtration sucks and it'll turn green in no time but the pacu will be in a bigger body of than most kept as pets

    You should get a couple big pieces of driftwood or a large stump or something to put in there. Will take a ton of rock to do what a couple pieces of wood will do.

    There is absolutely no way that pond will stay clear. Needs loads more filtration. Seriously go to a koi shop and get a proper setup. It will be silted up in no time

      Of course he didn't, brand new filter,brand new media,brand new pump, and uv, wasted all the old pond water instead transferring it to the new pond, would have been so easy! Then, fresh tap water, whether he added all the right quick start and water conditioners is open for debate! Even though he is sponsored by api! Lol

    Aren't you afraid the plecco will burrow through the soft liner of your pond? I thought that's why people don't put them in outside ponds, because they burrow?

      @@Sancto-NL I didn't think about the Rip Saw,I don't know much about them other than what he says,but it would seem plausible that they could also do that too..I wonder how sturdy those liners are? I'm going to line my pond with bennite (sp?) clay to avoid using a liner ..but we are doing an actual pond.. I don't know much about the liners.thank you for responding 🫶

I will leave them in the wild,plus they wouldn't be very happy where I will be living..I don't plan on using anything but native species in my outdoor pond.

      I feel like taking one out of the wild is unfair. Buying one born in captivity and watching it grow up would be better for Paul.

    You should totally add some native american fish to the new pond. Maybe some blue catfish, more bass, and monster freshwater eels!!! And maybe some fish from Australia, if that is allowed in Florida!!!

      All the predator fish would be a massive bio load already I wouldn't add anymore then that. As a quick guide 1 inch of fish per gallon of water and less of the fish are big eaters

      he also doesn't quarantine, use proper filtration or cycle setups this is why hes able to constantly get new things because his setups crash and kill fish but for him its about money and content

      I have kept fish longer than Paul has been alive with a literal fraction of the avoidable fish deaths that he has had in just the past few months alone. The animals are props for him to make money, nothing more.

    Paul i think you should make a big natural aquascape in the 3000 g. It would be really cool. I think you should keep. Tetras,guppies,discus,angel and stuff in the 3000 g after aqua scaping

    Usually love the videos but recently all this fish moving into ponds that haven't cycled is really irresponsible first the salt water now the big fish 😳 please be more responsible as people will think its normal to do 😢

      The water for the saltwater pond was straight from the ocean so it’s already cycled and good water

      @Reptilefeeders that makes no sense atall, a filter still needs time to cycle regardless of where the water comes from there might be some beneficial bacteria in the water that would speed it up but most kf the good bacteria would be in the rocks and sand in the ocean not in the water itself
