Great idea!!!
For future wheels, I’d recommend a stingray of some sort since your predatory pond has sand as opposed to something like an octopus. Octopi are escape artists so you may end up with an escapee if you’re not careful.
I made a similar suggestion for when the big round saltwater pond is up & running,, An EPIC & First member to be a nice sized "Guitarfish" (Aka: Shovelnose Ray) The way they move & look are extremely cool
Yeah there was that one octopus at a big aquarium kept breaking out of his tank and then crawl across the room and steal fish out of other tanks for a late night snack

Paul isn’t concerned about keeping his animals alive. This entire channel is centered around dumping exotic animals in to inappropriate homes for clicks and money. Never about actually keeping them alive. Ever wonder why he is restocking every single video?

Octopus are very intelligent creatures and unless Paul had some way to cover the tank, it would climb out. Have you ever watch the video were the octopus unscrewed a jar lid and climbed out, very cool!

Love these spin the wheel videos, but maybe you could just spin it thrice and then go to the fish store only once, to get all the fish at once. Xou could still cut it in post to look have the sections on each spin come before the next spin for greater suspense, but it would help reduce the driving times as well as carbon emissions. Would love that personally
I'm pretty sure that he did spin it all at once & to one drive trip to the store but be made it look like he went 3 times. When he was getting the final fish you could see the first fish peak out in background on tank. Not a big deal either way bc I still love the videos but just thought I'd point that out. 😂😂
@tlynn609 that is wuss I thought too. He just made it seem like he went in between each spin. It would be crazy with gas and time if he actually made three trips. Lol.

Paul you can save on the driving if you Spin the wheel 3 times, then film getting them all. You can give the illusion as well by filming getting them, and acclimating all separately so they are their own segment.
The first starfish you picked out had spots that formed a smiley face.

An octopus would be cool, but it would need it's own tank that is completely sealed off. They can escape through the smallest of holes and are very smart! So putting one in either pond would be a BIG waste of money cuz it would just climb right out! Maybe put it in the inside tank as long as he gets it sealed... Love your content though and love you channel! 😊❤

Now you have a quarantine tub, catch some Lion-fish for the saltwater predatory aquarium, ask Tommy what treatments you need etc.
Would love to see you running an ozone generator on the salt ponds to remove the contaminants that change the color of the water. It keeps things clear like carbon but way cheaper in the long term.
I hove only one problem with your videos. Not long enough lol, coz i could look at your tanks, fish, ponds and aquariums and watch you for hours. Plus you and Brentan when you get together are hilarious. keep up the great work.

Starfish, you definitely need to acclimate. They are super sensitive to any changes in water chemistry so drip acclimation is needed.

Paul! Your fish videos have inspired a lot in my own aquariums ❤ When you acclimate your fish I noticed you never add water from your tank to the bag, it helps to prevent shock and stress to the fish.
