Great question so on the deadbolt there is a way to extend the lock. You would push down on the slides and pull. It should make the deadbolt longer and fit into hole. I apologize I don't have a video on that
I installed my aura lock and it works but it makes loud clicking noises. Is that normal? And when I try to lock or unlock using the app it usually shows it as “jammed”. Why is that? Thanks
My aura wont work i spent hours trying to make it work and is not working is my second lock i took the first one back thinking it was factory defective and im having the same issues even after watching your videos.

Hey Fredy, sorry to hear that is what I'd start with is reseting the lock which you have done. The other thing I might look at is to see if your phone is connecting to other things with bluetooth okay. I'm sorry I can't be more help.

I've seen using a screwdriver can do this sometimes. I think in the manual they say not to use a powerdrill so I'd do it by hand if you can.
I've noticed after 2 years the inside is loose how to I tighten it from moving ?
If take of the back plate and tighten those screws that are visible should help

Yes so I would try loosning the screws and also looking to if the lock has any give.

It could be, I might try rehanding the lock and how is the door does it close all the way sometimes the door and the weather play a factor.

Two thing to try here one rehanding the lock and the other I would try is to make sure and see if the deadbolt is going in smoothly

You may need to widen the whole or check to see if the door is not aligning right
How do you remove the skeleton?
You can normally put it right out. Just focus on the metal part.
