Amazing video, thank you! Just as an FYI- after factory resetting you have to recalibrate the deadbolt. Remove battery > press/hold lock > insert battery > it will start moving the deadbolt, stop pressing lock > once it fully extends, put the backplate on, unlock and you’re good to go :)

Mine makes a clicking sound and theres a bit of resistance when manually locking and unlocking. This gives me a "jam" code. I started having problems when it got really cold here like temperatures in the teens. Please help

I left my alexa in storage so I downloaded the Sengled Home app, it does discover the bluetooth bulb and the bulb flashes during the pairing but it always fails.

So is there a different button for the reset other than the power button? I couldn’t see what you were pushing to reset it. My problem is my camera disappeared in my app after no issues for a couple months & I’m trying to reinstall it, but the physical camera is on the 2nd floor balcony facing the outside. I’m having a hard time with seeing the camera if it’s on. I can see the underneath side of the camera & there are 2 buttons. One on each side of the sd card slot. I heard a noise when I pushed one of those buttons. Not sure if I turned it on or off or reset it? I was able to scan the QR code on the side, and entered my Wi-Fi and password…. Then I get stuck because it’s not finding the camera or network so I’m not even sure the camera is turned on. I’m not sure if I could figure out how to take the camera off of the balcony because it’s all screwed in and I’m afraid of heights lol

Factory reset it, still quit working. New batteries, nada. Default codes (0000 for PC and 1234 UC) don't work. Reset to new PC and still doesn't work. This is after working well for 3 years, being able to add and delete codes for house-sitters, etc.

Question for you. I have one of these that was installed new in my rental unit back in 2022. I believe the tenants who are still there never bothered to program it, so it basically sat there unused with same batteries. A few days ago I was fixing their door handle and put new batteries into the lock and no response. Battery tray looks okay, no signs of acid leak croded. Am I missing something or do these locks die from not being used for too long?

We just bought a new home w this lock. We've tried to change the code w no success. Even tried a factory reset. And still cannot get it to work to change or make a new code

Hi I've the Weiser halo smart lock. There's no blockage on deadbolt into the door hole. But I'm regularly getting Jammed error message and must manually open or lock it. It might be on 5.0 GHz wifi maybe. Could that be causing my issues? It's out of warranty and actually bought for phone app convience. But it's being quite the headache. Batteries say 50%. It was also connect to Alexa app but deleted from there. I'm hoping a factory reset and connect to 2.4 GHz will fix my problem.
