I’m an arsenal fan - a diehard arsenal fan and scholes would be 200m in today’s market. One of the best players I’ve ever seen because he was one of the players during our head to heads that I hated the most...
Mad in this, obviously it was recorded in 2019. Butty describes Greenwood (justifiably) as having huge potential as a young Man Utd player. As I type this: His career and life is now fucked, basically.
Keane 72.5 Becks 88.0 Schmeichel 55.0 Scholes 199.0 Gary Neville 40.0 Phil Neville 15.8 Giggs 105.0 Nicky Butt 45.5 Cole 70.0 Yorke 60.0 Ole 37.5 Irwin 25.0 If Courtino is going for 140 m Scholes is worth 200
Gary Neville would be worth Wan Bissaka’s fee of 45 million. Phil Neville would be worth the same. He wasn’t as good but was the ultimate multi positional utility player and so made up in that way. Butt was a fantastic box-to-box CM. Easily as good if not better than Koke at Atletico. Worth 60-70 million. Scholes would be worth 200 million at the minimum. If Pogba is worth 150, based on current reports, Scholes would be 200 at the very least. He was the world’s best CM.
According to reports in the early 2000’s Inter bid just over 30 mil for Scholes. Which was around a world record fee at the time. So in todays mental market for him in his mid 20’s I’d say, probably 120-150 million. I guess his main issue is he was super understated as a player. So not fantastic for marketing like some others
Makaveli The Don Are you kidding? Scholes had just as good passing, better shooting, could control the game and tempo, and I really can’t state how important this last one is, he did all of this consistently. Pogba is great but for every great pass he makes, he gives the ball away cheaply through some useless dribbling. In some games he’ll look like Zidane and in other he’ll be the worst player in the team.
Part of the reason why Pogba's value is £89m is because of his marketability. His marketability brings his value up. Scholes would be worth about £150m in today's market and all that would be purely based on his football ability.
One of best atmospheres I ever experienced at OT was the year we took the title back from Chelsea and had the the song “ more-hin-iooooo are you listening, you betterrrrr keeep our trophy glistening . 4-1 against Blackburn. Inside the stands that song especially when the Chelsea score came through was bouncing then going 1-0 down instead of getting the crowd nervous just took the atmosphere to another level , the whole stadium was in sync . It was electric. Can’t get over to matches these days atm due to health so memories are important and that one sticks out along with Owens winner against city. That crowd reaction was even better than big Rios last minute winner against the bin dippers
Here's a question as a united fan value these players from the Premiership in today's market My value Roy keane = 160m Viera = 150m Nistelrooy = 100m Henry = 190m Beckham = 100m Giggs = 150m Schmeichel = 130m That's just a few on those players.
Neville while not the most skilful (but skilful enough) had the most desire to make the most of it. With hind sight. Nicky Butt was also a really good player but Scholes was there at the same time and that was just unfortunate for him.... Scholes was something else ... tremendous.
The combination of Neville and Beckham down that right side was lethal - Neville with his overlapping runs and support on that side was the perfect foil for Beckham, and he could deliver a good ball into the box too! Maybe not the best defensive full back, but with the attack we had, we were often more on the front foot than the back...
Andy, I think you and I are down the same rabbit hole of man utd videos, I've seen a few of your comments. I'm not even a man u fan, I just really respect this side. Back in the days of 442, Keane, Scholes, Beckham, Giggs was a dream team midfield
Savage didn’t play a single game for United so doesn’t count. Also - extremely odd to count Casper and Pilkington in there as they rarely played a game, but left out Keane, Yorke, Schmeichel, Cole, Stam, Blomvqist and the like. What an odd thought process to have gone through to have listed the players above...
@@andyc6542 thats because the list above are players from the class of 92. Savage didn’t play for the first team but was part of that youth team that won everything. Beckham Giggs and Scholes today would be worth well over £100-150 million today. As for Gary Neville, he'd be worth a lot too since united got Maguire for £85 million so then Gary would be worth near enough there too. Trent Alexander Arnold could easily be sold for £100 million today because of how good his crosses are and the fact that he's young and has his whole future ahead of him. So bottomline is of Dembele coutinho can be worth over 130 million then giggs Scholes Beckham being worth well over that is no problem at all
I would say Gary is worth around 65mil in today’s market, especially considering RBs like AWB are 50mil. For Butt I think a solid 50mil. And for Scholes, dear god, he’s on par with KDB for comparison, so I’d say around 130mil at the LEAST. Honestly he could go for as high as 150mil the way the market is these days.
If you knew what you were going to get re: their careers in today’s market: Scholes - £180m Giggs - £175m Beckham - £145m G. Neville - £60m P. Nevillle - £45m Butt - £55m
Im a liverpool fan but if neymar is going for 200, coutinho for 140 and pogba for 90 the scholes has got to be going for atleast 200 mil. Had more talent in his shin pad sweat than them lot.

I’m an arsenal fan - a diehard arsenal fan and scholes would be 200m in today’s market. One of the best players I’ve ever seen because he was one of the players during our head to heads that I hated the most...
Lingards still 19 and looking promising. A talent with a lot to learn. Not sure why everyone is saying he isn’t young.......
You might be able to scramble a personality between them.
when they said the local derby are they talking about salford city
Mad in this, obviously it was recorded in 2019. Butty describes Greenwood (justifiably) as having huge potential as a young Man Utd player. As I type this: His career and life is now fucked, basically.
Keane 72.5
Becks 88.0
Schmeichel 55.0
Scholes 199.0
Gary Neville 40.0
Phil Neville 15.8
Giggs 105.0
Nicky Butt 45.5
Cole 70.0
Yorke 60.0
Ole 37.5
Irwin 25.0
If Courtino is going for 140 m Scholes is worth 200
John Hayes Bohemia u what mate? I would be atleast 95 mil
And you need to stop smoking lol.
Lingard hasn't got a single goal or assist in 2019, pathetic player
if pogba is 89 million, scholes will be at least double of it
Marketing adds a bit to Pogba’s value.
Shut up Pogba is much better than Scholes
Makaveli The Don Are you kidding? Scholes had just as good passing, better shooting, could control the game and tempo, and I really can’t state how important this last one is, he did all of this consistently. Pogba is great but for every great pass he makes, he gives the ball away cheaply through some useless dribbling. In some games he’ll look like Zidane and in other he’ll be the worst player in the team.
Part of the reason why Pogba's value is £89m is because of his marketability. His marketability brings his value up. Scholes would be worth about £150m in today's market and all that would be purely based on his football ability.
@@makavelithedon829 Hahahahahahhash are you being serious. You must be joking.
G neville 60mil
P neville 30mil
N Butt 45mil
P Scholes 75mil
D Beckham 100mil
Phil Neville has done a Graham Souness😂 Lingard is not a young English talent brah🤦♂️
Scholes £200m just to start the bid 🤣
Scholes 90
Gary 40
Butt 40
Phil 15
Tariq Shehaeh finally someone who thinks 🙏🏾
Giggs 75 mill and beckham 80 mill
@wharsmetoothpicson True maybe 25m to 30m
Paul 100 million
Gary 60 million
Butt 40 million
Phil free transfer
3:58 Gomes, Greenwood, Garner - choose any combination of those
If longstaff is worth €50 mil, butt worth double that,
Good valid piont my man.
Inter offered a blank check for Scholes. He should be way beyond whatever Neymar was worth.
Here's a question as a united fan value these players from the Premiership in today's market
My value
Roy keane = 160m
Viera = 150m
Nistelrooy = 100m
Henry = 190m
Beckham = 100m
Giggs = 150m
Schmeichel = 130m
That's just a few on those players.
Neville while not the most skilful (but skilful enough) had the most desire to make the most of it. With hind sight. Nicky Butt was also a really good player but Scholes was there at the same time and that was just unfortunate for him.... Scholes was something else ... tremendous.
People forget about Butt, and it's easy to when you think about who came through with him. But he was a very good player
@@hamishmunroe9906 Didn’t get the game time because of Keane and Scholes, but WHAT a squad player to be able to call upon.
Welcome to the touch you're face, rub your head Olympics.
Respawn Crew it’s called the Midge Medley........
Acc. to today's Market, Gary around 100mil easy, Nicky around 65-70mil, Phil Neville around 50mil, Scholes around 150-200mill
Scholes 80m Giggs 70m Butt 35m G.Neville 45m P.Neville 20m Beckham 85m(flashy guy)
@4:54 Phil shoot the front door... Linguard is the Finished article, this is it he is in his peak... he is 27!!!!!!
Giggs - £125m
Scholes - £110m
Beckham - £100m
Butt - £35m
Savage - £30m
G. Neville - £25m
Brown - £20m
P. Neville £18m
Gillespie - £15m
Casper - £7m
Pilkington - £5m
Savage didn’t play a single game for United so doesn’t count. Also - extremely odd to count Casper and Pilkington in there as they rarely played a game, but left out Keane, Yorke, Schmeichel, Cole, Stam, Blomvqist and the like.
What an odd thought process to have gone through to have listed the players above...
@@andyc6542 thats because the list above are players from the class of 92. Savage didn’t play for the first team but was part of that youth team that won everything. The youth team is the class of 92 obviously you haven’t a clue what your talking about. Tell me at what part in 1992 did Jaap Stam play for Man Utd LOL! Andy Cole came from Newcastle in 1996 then Dwight Yorke after that LOL! What an odd thought process to go through to talk such dribble. Roy Keane came from forrest🙄
No mention of Beckams worth today, or Giggs. Both would be plus £100m and Ronaldo level wage
Beckham will be on 400k wage.
Ok we get it, Lingard will still be considered a young player, even after he retires !
Just cause Lingard hangs out with Rashford doesn't mean he's a youngster
Dont forget that football is always evolving, not given they would look as good if they were playing todays teams
What you talking about? Lingard was the oldest Man Utd player against Chelsea ..
iq_insane 2 de gea
Greenwood should be getting at least 30 minutes on the pitch maybe more take lingard off and start greenwood
Noel ryan not even same position ffs clueless
Jacob Pickerin he played on wing in preseason lingard played winger against wolves
You could get Phil Neville for a bag of ginger bottles.
Ginger? Bottles?
You mean lager tops?
If you knew what you were going to get re: their careers in today’s market:
Scholes - £180m
Giggs - £175m
Beckham - £145m
G. Neville - £60m
P. Nevillle - £45m
Butt - £55m
Wonder if they still have their first losers medals from the 4-1 humiliation home and away in 93?
Im a liverpool fan but if neymar is going for 200, coutinho for 140 and pogba for 90 the scholes has got to be going for atleast 200 mil. Had more talent in his shin pad sweat than them lot.
Kristopher George Panayi Neymar is more marketable and the fact he’s an attacker means he’d definitely sell for a lot more than Scholes. But Scholes would easily go for £100m+
Greenwood , great prediction.
Great shout with Greenwood tbf, shame they panic bought Cavani
What would Neymar, Ronaldo and Messi have gone for in the transfer market of ‘92?
Around 10 - 15 million.
@@19822andy unlikely, he signed for United as the worlds most expensive teenager for less than that a decade later.
@@rickylee369 Gianluigi Lentini moved for £13 million in '92. So around that ballpark isn't unlikely.
The likes of xavi and zidane have often spoke highly of Scholes.. He would be worth £150m minimum

@@unnamed3086 it's true,scholes was a better player,and much more concistent then coutinhio,and he's 130 million,so scholes has to be 160,170 million in today's market
Aaron Malone Coutinho is a lot more skillful and technical than Scholes ever was and them players tend to go for more than more conventional midfielders.I will agree he was more consistent and well rounded though
Lingard is like Lallana, young talent forever
Scholes: 150 million, Butt: 70 million, Phil and Gary Neville: both 50
Phill neville was shite. Lucky to get 15 mill
Scholes 120
Gary 60
Butt 55
Phil 25
Lingard young player 😂😂
Jesse lingard would tell you he's 26 and 3 quarters 😂😂
