There’s a documentary. I would give it a watch. It’s really interesting!
Consider that this is an 8 minute clip of what was presumably a 45-60 minute documentary..... and even the full length documentary likely only gives you a broad outline of the details of this case. We got 2 or 3 minutes of interviews and answers from 1 of the girls explaining what happened. The investigator's had tens of hours of interviews, CCTV, months of text messages and more.
There are people on here watching this and thinking they are smarter than the investigator's despite not having even 1% of the facts in front of them.

Kim jong-un spent four years in switzerland as a teenager, he knows what freedom looks like, but he'd rather be a dictator.
Petor Galore that is no guarentee that he would have been any better. Kim Jung-un also spent time outside the country. But power like that.. even if he were a good person, it would be difficult to reform a country like that. We think of him as the dictator with absolute power, and while that may be true over any individual, if he were to try suddenly reforming the country into a democracy, he would probably wind up getting assasinated very quickly by someone in the military, as its they who benefit from the horrible system in place. The generals and upper class of North Korea have everything to lose if the system changes.
Despite that, North Korea has apparently improved quite a bit under Kim Jung un according to some people who have escaped. That neck crack in the beginning of the assassin felt like a arrogant side villain who enjoys every step of killing someone 😮
Ok she is totally lying, she knew exactly what was her mission. All the signs are there.
If she was innocent she would've definitely suspected something's off, What kinda prank show that doesn't need cameras or a team or any aftermath, and why she's running with hands stretched straight to the bathroom after a prank for cleaning if she believed the the substance was harmless? then getting into a get away car also the way she applied the substance on him was very aggressive as well ، come on now,Yeah right , she knew 100% what she was doing, was the court blind or something.
The court was probably corrupt, just like everything in North Korea. Everyone was in on it, including the court, they had to find someone guilty so the rest of the world wouldn't think Kim Jong Un killed his brother.
If I remember correctly the women freed after the NK agents & the Kim Jong Un's brother body repatriated back to NK. This happened after NK doesn't allow Malaysian citizens including the ambassador leave the country. No body, no main suspects (the NK agents), no case. Either the women guilty or not, it seems not important anymore when main suspects already got away.
I don’t think that’s fair statement against the Court because it has nothing to do with the release. It’s the Prosecution who moved the Court to discharge the women BUT NOT AMOUNTING TO ACQUITTAL which means they can be prosecuted again.
Well first, im an native indonesian. So i understand her language very well, judging by how she confess. She doest sound like an smart woman, and she also said she already doing thing like this over and over again. So that can answer
1.Why she wasnt suspecting about no camera or any other kind.
Cause she is clueless and she doing it very often, if you was same as her. You can understand why she wasnt suspecting anything, my guess was when harmless prank occured, they use camera. So she will think that it was legit, but when this assasination came, maybe she think the bos already did the camera. Cause she wasnt smart and clueless, Or she just forget. It was normal, i and other people do it oftenly. Like "Oh yeah, i think i should print that document while i was there" kinda thing
2.She go to bathroom instanly.
Well if you prank someone with baby oil, of course you will wash your hand almost intstanly
3.Going to get away car.
If statement that she wasnt smart was right, then it was normal doing what your bos exactly said and not think much of it. Cause he give you money, thats all what matters and also she already doing what her bos said often and nothing bad happend before. So she believe him
4.She doing it harsh.
That is something that you will do if you "prank" people often
I think, she is clueless. And someone seeing it as oppurtunity, cause she wasnt smart so they can manipulate her easly, they do it step by step. They make her do prank often, soo she will not get suspicious and any other kind.
in my conclusion, your point of her can easly get debunked if you think in her state of mind. And she just clueless victim of manipulation
@@robotic1207 You're very naive.
"theres no way she didnt know who kim jong un was" I assure you, as an Indonesian, kim jong un isn't a common figure at all. I don't quite believe her story but i 99% believe she really didnt know who he was
I agree. I live in Northern Thailand, only 500meters from the Mekong River border with Laos. Despite our proximity to the Communist World, the agrarian lifestyle does not concern itself with politics, local or world. Locals still call Russia, "so- bee-et" and couldn't tell you the names of any of leaders of any neighboring countries, let alone DPRK.
I mean this was 2 years ago cuz they had to spend 2 years in jail
I'm sure they knew who KIm Jong Un was, they killed Kim Jong Nam, who was actually mostly hidden from his relationships, he traveled and lived under false identities entirely and was actively hidden by Kim Jong Il. The authorities in Malaysia didn't realize it was Kim Jong Nam right away. It wasn't until it went global that the pieces came together. He spent most of his life outside DPRK all his friends were "Imperialist Pigs" he would have had a hard time actually personally being able to rule like that, to switch gears and give up the life he had. I'm pretty sure his wife and kids are outside DPRK and living in hiding.
Yes, exactly this is just part of the operation. Using normal innocent civilian to accomplish assassination mission.
@@jun_suzuki42 Truth is stranger than fiction!
Malaysian police successfully captured the entire assassin team was very impressive. I don’t think they committed this mission was intended to be captured. That’s so stupid.
So they had "deadly nerve agent" sprayed on their bare hands and didn't get so much as a headache but when they smeared it on his face, he's dead in 15 minutes.
Your hands don't have eyes, noses or mouths on them. Faces do. That's the difference.

@@theonewnocensor right she just ran away. Never seen someone run so fast from a prank but ok 🤣
True, the way I see it, one of these girl is definitely an assassin and know what she's doing. The body language of the girl that is being interviewed seems sincere/honest, so, she might be innocent (just the words she said around 3:43-3:48 seems suspicious as prankster wouldn't ran off instead explain that it was a prank if the pranked person is mad. And also that facial expression that she showed is strange) but the other girl a.k.a short hair girl is definitely an assassin. These two women was just as a victim as his brother, they had no idea what they were doing.
So she didn't once touch her own face with the nerve agent on it? Almost like she knew what it was
apparently one of the women actually experienced symptoms of VX poisoning (the nerve agent they used to kill the guy). They should have died anyways because they were directly exposed to the VX nerve agent which should have entered their skin. Since there were two of them it was hypothesized that each woman had separate inactivated VX compounds that on their own were harmless to the assassins but when mixed together on the guys face would form the VX nerve agent that eventually killed him
@@Bruh-sp2bj funny how they both managed to get to him at the same time eh? But surely the last woman to rub his face would then be f'd
@@Bruh-sp2bj makes sense only one of them got it in that case - some of it would have mixed on her hand
@@Bruh-sp2bj wouldnt it have mixed together on the hands of the girl that touched his face last and the mixed chemicals would have got on her hands?
@@AquaMayne the binary substance is designed activate on the mans face but yes that is a good point. during the investigation it was discovered that one of the women actually suffered from nerve agent poisoning. I would assume trace amounts affected them since its not like "physical mixing" per se like you would mix butter with milk but mixing after skin adsorption where the chemicals that entered through the skin combined in the bloodstream to form the activated VX agent
I’m surprised he traveled without security.
