Hi Carmen...wanted to let you know your recipe for sausage bun is by far the best for use with bread machine😊. The dough comes out perfect and not too sticky like some other ones I've used that requires tong zhong😅. I have also used same recipe for 餐包,波羅包…etc and all come out great! 每人用的麵包機不同,內置的自動程式也不同,這是最基礎適合新手的作法,老化會比較快,最好保存方法是放涼後冷凍起來,吃時回溫返熱,如想保濕更好,要加入各頪麵種,就不是這個配方了
外界面飽舖用的是豬油吧,不是牛油。豬油會軟身。

2)後油法是比較好,在其他影片用廚師機有用到後油法,但每人面包機自動程式所需時間不同,下油時間點較難抓準和程現,面包機比較適合新手或懶人

Hi 您好,我的經驗剛好跟你相反,放在格裡反而發不起,有時酵母吃不進麵團裡,但用機器本身的做包程式做麵包就沒問題的,只麵團就不行,可按照你的機器來做就可以,最重要能成功打出面團:)

可能同面粉吸水力有關,可扣20克再試到成團爲目標。不用跟足我比出份量。

Maria Leung T65係面粉灰份含量單位,用來做法包和歐包多,要保持部機不要在太熱的地方,全自動程式完成晒通常都差唔多一小時,現在夏天熱,看著面團變化,夠1-1.5倍大就夠

@@ih43 會發過龍了,要在整形後就要放入雪柜用低溫做二次發酵,雪柜要有足夠空間比整個盤放入,因發二次發酵後不可以移動個包,密封好但保鮮紙不要貼到包,如貼住一撕就爛,回溫後可焗。
