Hi I'm ur subscriber. Ur videos are very useful as lam currently law student. I need ur guidance. Please explain me is there any provision in law that we can provide justice to deceased person whose death is suspicious that is his death is by plannned murder but police investigation is
Misguiding that it is suicide. I want know like PIL can any person who is not related to deceased can file petition in court to render justice by requesting court to pass order for transparent investigation so that truth comes to light. Please don't ignore this comment I want to know ur answer this very important for me please reply me I will be waiting for your answer
