Madam 1968 में ही मेरे ताऊजी ने जमीन खरीदा था लेकिन उसका registration नहीं किया था.. एक कागज मै लिखा था और उसपर Revenue tiket के ऊपर बिकने बाले के sign भी है.. लेकिन अब जिससे जमीन खरीदा था बो बोल रहा है कि उस जमीन पर उसका नाम है और बो जमीन देने को बोल रहा है.. Ma'am please suggest me what can I do

If plantiff. (Occupier). Have claimed his ownership by adverse possesion. And registry holder. Is as defendant (done counter claim). In 1985. And the case is still pending. In second appeal in high court. Will this ruling apply to. It. Or not.
Madam ,open plot registration, mutation, tax paid hai , from 2004 to 2018 ,tak koi bi claim nahi , abi ek party 1972 mey plot registration kiya bol kar court mey suit file kiya , yeha limitation act mey laagu hota kya

I will be gratefull to u sir, please guide.my succession was not registered during 1986. But tahasildar did a mutation registry in my favour as per my father's wish in 1986.My father died in 1998. My 4 sisters filed partition suit on june 2019. I am cultivating my agri land since from 1986 and I am getting holding certificate since from 1986 .Is law of limitation is applicable here sir ? if not how much portion I have to give it to them out of 8 acres.I am from karnataka.

I have a doubt,
What if the possessor files a suit against the real owner claiming that he is the owner of the land and the real owner has no right whatsoever.
But after he gets to know that he is not the owner , he files for adverse possession.
Can he succeed?Or will he be even entertained now?
As he by claiming to be the owner of land has devalued animus possesndi.

Electricity and water bill bhe papa ke nam se ata hai. Taya ji ne hame free mai kam karne ke liye di thi shop. Abhi wo ekdum khali karne ko keh rahe hai. Advocate se pata kiya to wo keh rahe hai only stay lena padega. fake rent bata ke. Baki koi adverse possession ka law laghu nahi hota apke case pe. Please help me.

mam maine ek dukan rajistry kara liye 2011 me magar rajistry me makan malik ne sart likhwa diya ki dakhil kharij nahi kara sakte aur maine majboori me mana nahi to wo rajistry nahi karte phir 2014 me maine dakhil kharij karwa liye ab 2019 me unhe pata chala to ow rajistry cancellation ka case kar diya.mam ab kya ho sakta hai bataiye jaroor se.

2007 me bhabhi ne lalach me aakr mujh pr case kr diya f.floor vacate k liye,

To kya mai Second floor pr adverse possession ka case kr skta hoon.?

Hlw mam,mere baba 3 bhai the aur mere papa 2 bhai the year 2000 me mere papa aur chacha ne aapas me ye samjhauta kia ki unke pass 2 property me ek me chacha rhenge aur ek me papa,papa ne apna ek makan bnaya,jis property me papa ne makan banaya wo 51 viswa ka gata tha jisme 17 viswa 3 bara hisse me bata gya tha aur ek hisse me mere papa ne ghar bnaya (ye batwara pariwar ke member ka ta na ki kanuni),ab 2016 me mere papa ki death ho gai aur 2017 me mere sbse chote baba ne kisi bussiness purpose se 116 chittha batwara k thru apna ansh alg krane k liy mukadma kia aur mere chacha ko sath milakr jis hisse me makan bna tha usko bhi 2 hisse me devide kr dia(mere baba ki death hone k bad dadi chach aur mere papa ) jis hisse me makan bna tha wo hmare hisse me aur ghar ke front ka hissa chacha aur dadi (combined)ko ansh bna dia(20 years se is makan me hm rhte hai aur ye makan boundary wall se cover hai jisme aam aur bhut sare tree hai jinki hight 20 feet tq hai) ab chacha apne us hisse ko pane k liy sdm se possession k liy dabaw bna rhe hai....kya adverse possession ka suit file kr skte hai under limitation act 1963 ?

Ma'am limitation act has 32 acts in total .its section 65th of transfer of property act.

kbhi bhi legal title priority rakhti hai. ur ye kuch matters legal right deta hai.possession is secondary hai pr legal documents matter hai.

My grandfather 1936 me land registry karaye from jaibun nisha se ush time se mere kbja hai or my family paddy or gehu group krte hai but now 2014 me mera village ke ek person (Rama) ne khatiyan me apne father k name dekha ki ye mere father k name bol rha hai tb Rama ne bola mera hai de do or mar pit kiya hmlog se court me case chl rha h ...but mera pass all rasid or registry proof hai ki hm log kisi person se registry karaye....to kya ye plot mera hoga ya Rama ko. But mere kbja around 100 years se h ..rama only khatiyan me names hone se bol rha h mera h ..please reply

Respected madam, Hum 91 years se apne Dada ki property main rehte hain aur Shop chalate hain. Year 1980-85 main Mere Dada ji is zameen ke owner in possession by way of adverse possession by District court order declared hain. 2003 main ye land Kisi ne purchase kar di aur phir se muqadmain kiye gaye. June 2016 main Session court se final Faisla Hamare favor main hua. Joki partly decree hua hai. Humara kabza jahan tak tha ab tak wahin tha lekin date 31.01.2017 main Kuch part ko damage Karke sadak nikal di gayi hai jis bare Main maine Police complaint ki hai aur police ne revenue office ko case transfer kiya hai. Revenue department main RTI se jankari mili hai ki ye zameen jamabandi main entered zameen se bhi jyada hai. Kya isme Revenue Department dwara correction of revenue entries ho sakti hai? Please suggest me.
